Phenomenal breading tool.
I have not had opportunity to use it yet, but I got one for my sister years back as a gift and forgot about it. She used it while I was around awhile back and it is just an awesome breading tool. She absolutely loves it and always has. I decided I needed to get myself one and figured that Amazon would carry such an item and lo and behold! There it was. I know I will also love it. UPDATE: I've used the item myself and absolutely love it! Yes, it's a large-sized container. Comparable to a layer-cake holder. To be able to bread a large amount of chicken (or whatever you are going to fry) and then flip it over to sift it out is awesome! I don't fry a lot, but for the times I will, it is very worth having this item. I'm going to buy one for my son for Christmas because he loves to fry chicken. It is also incredibly easy to clean.

who also loved it. And I've just ordered a third one ...
A little (well, not that little actually) jewel that takes the hassle out of breading any food. I used it for batches of cut okra that I was putting in the freezer but it works equally well for fish for frying. Or any food that you might want to bread. Put flour or cornmeal or a combo in the bottom pan, add the food items, pop on the separator tray and the lid (which is identical to the bottom. Then shake and flip a couple of times and you have perfectly breaded food on the tray and the breading mix below. After I bought mine, I bought one for a friend, who also loved it. And I've just ordered a third one for a friend of the friend.

You have t have the space.
Beware this is REALLY BIG. Use your imagination to figure out how big you think it is. Nearly double that and I think you'll have it. I bought the other batter 'bucket' as well. They both work fine and I actually use them in tandem depending on the batter (one for flour one for breadcrumbs) The other 'bucket' has an odd shape to it and it doesn't really coat the food well. I don't know what causes that, but it's almost like a mist. I use that one to flour the chicken. This one I use for the breading when I am doing the three step coat. For all other uses I pull this out or a brown paper lunch bag. Both suit me just fine.

Works great with flour. I haven't used it with egg yet. Then downfall is when you use it the way it seals with the lip on the inside there is a edge on it and the flour will stand on it. So when you open it the little bit of flour fall off and you still have a little flour mess. I haven't used it with egg yet to see what happens then. I,m not for sure about the one from "As Seen ON T.V. is made that way or not. I wished it sealed like a regular container would. Other than that down fall and the one people think that you can mix egg and flour in it at the same time and make it come out fine, because it wont it just balls up and makes dough lol. I bought this brand since it was a little cheaper than the one from As Seen From On T.V. due to Amazon free shipping if you have $25 or more. I will buy the second on from the other to see if the seal works better and I need another one to use for the egg wash.My final words is yes I would buy another and would recommend it to family and friends. Over all besides the seal i would of rated it 5 stars since i have a small issue with the seal i rated it a 4 star. It does help a lot on the mess. Flour isn't all over the place and your fingers don't get all dough up if you use egg wash in separate one. Lot better than the old fashion way using open containers and getting flour and egg all over the kitchen.Cajun Injector Batter Pro Bowl

Love It!
I bought mine for a different purpose, but it is fabulous for that. When I make microwave popcorn, it does not always pop all of the kernels. It is irritating, and dangerous to your teeth, to bite down on one of the unpopped kernels. I put the whole bag (after popping) in the top of this, give it a gentle shaking, and take the bottom piece off. All the unpopped kernels are in that piece. I flip over the remaining side, take off the middle strainer, and you have popcorn in a bowl! I don't eat fried food, but am sure it's wonderful for that. Great quality!

High Quality Product
I'm always pleased when I open up a new product and realize I am holding a heavy duty quality piece of gear instead of a thin, poorly designed, flimsly piece of junk. I was extremely please when I received my Cajun Injector Batter pro. This heavy duty quality piece of gear works great coating the food evenly and letting the excess fall through the holes.I have purchased other Batter Pros and given them as gifts over the Holidays.I just know that the Batter Pro will be working fine with my new Bayou Classic 700 4 gallon fish fryer.

Not completely useful!
I thought this was great product so I purchased it without thinking much about. It proved to be useless for my needs.Think about this before you purchase. Most people use: egg wash, flour, then some sort of breading. A three plate system, cheap and easy to use, only a fork is needed. Very few dishes only require flour, maybe chicken and I use a breading after the flour even for chicken. During tough times people used only flour because probably that's all they had.You would have to wash this thing, dry it and add breading. A complete waste of money and time. Would not purchase or recommend. If you think its great go for it, just my personal experience.
