LSE Lightingcompatible Combo 602810-102 for UVMax C D C4 D4 D Plus, D4 Plus

I have a D4 light on my house's well system to disinfect the incoming water. The factory light was expired and the power supply was beeping. The last two times, I used the factory replacement which was almost double the price. This was my third light bulb change, so I knew I had to replace the quartz sleeve. I was very short on funds and figured it couldn't hurt to try this aftermarket brand. Upon receiving the package, everything was packed nicely. The sleeve and bulb looked like it was made well. The bulb has been working well for a few months now. So far, I am very happy with the purchase.Update: Its been almost a year since I installed this bulb and sleeve. All I can say is that the bulb worked perfectly and didn’t cause any issues. I’ll be purchasing another one from this company.

I have ordered a couple of these in the past and 2/3 have gone faulty. The first one just burned something inside of the bulb and I caught it early. I thought it was my fault for maybe a poor installation and water got in it. But this bulb had 127 days left on its lifespan and we started getting a chemical smell and taste in our water. I finally found this was leaking and I’m glad I did, because as you see in my pictures the inside has gone faulty. Whatever happened inside the bulb caused some chemicals to build up around the bulb, housing, and inlet. It eventually built up so bad that it broke the seal and started leaking. This chemical was also being put into our water.I reached out to the seller and they said I had bought it too long ago (I buy them in advance to have ready when the old one goes out) and they didn’t reply after that. DON’T BUY THIS, it’s not worth poisoning your family over the savings form the OEM bulb.

Great Light Just What I Was Looking For My Pump House

Install the unit for about a week usage. UV Lamp overheat the wires melted the plastic cap of the UV max system. Lucky as the cap Melted the water turned off the fire. Please see photos

This was a non OEM replacement that fit perfectly.

We utilize these UV lights for our main house, and a rental house that we have that are supplied by spring. We never have to worry about anything potentially being in the water.

Quick response and packed well. Iinstallation was easy and unit is working. Will see if it will last for the one year stated lifetime.
