This chair worked pretty well for a couple of years, but the height adjustment no longer works - It will sink automatically throughout the day

Overall, the chair is pretty comfy. My primary issue with it is that the fabric of the armrests is kind of rough and I found it to be quite irritating on my elbows when spending any significant amount of time in it. The upside is that I was able to make this almost-fatal flaw manageable through some creative use of a pair of dress socks! I was able to pry up the top fabric-covered insert from the main armrest, pull the sock over and back, then reinsert the armrest piece back in to keep it secure. (If I was more craftily-inclined, I could probably have just easily removed the original fabric, rewrapped it in a nicer/softer one, and have it look like I bought it that way.)This was about twice as much as the cheap ones, and about half as expensive as the really nice ones. But, given the overall price of the chair and having used it for awhile, I kind of feel myself wishing that I had just gotten a really nice one, because it's not twice as comfortable as the cheap ones. While the back of it is the nice, breathable, comfortable mesh, the seat portion of it is still just padding and wood, and the arm rests aren't adjustable (they can just be flipped up to be out of the way). It does seem to be built pretty sturdily, though, so hopefully it will at least last longer than the cheap ones generally do.

I am adding this after a month or more that -the chair started squeaking, but my husband found that the screws underneath had worked themselves loose. He tightened the screws, the thread locking may not be good enough. He will add better thread lock to the screws if it happens again. I like the chair and how you can adjust it. I do not like the armrests fabric. It's too rough to rest your arms on for a long period of time, unless you have long sleeves on. The back of the chair has lumbar support, but for me I do not think enough. It could be that I have not had good back posture from sitting in my old chair too long. I am not having back pain any longer, so as long as I continue to adjust, I may not need an additional lumbar pillow. The seller contacted me saying they would send an additional lumbar pillow and that was almost 1 month ago. I was surprised to get email response, and they asked me to be patient....still waiting. Update - no more squeaks, but NEVER Received lumbar pillow! - Seller do not say you are going to send something and don't.....bad business

Assembling was easy enough - about 15minutes. Chair is stable, seems fairly well made too. Issue is with the largish seat in proportion to the back- the seat seems longer than it should be, even for me as a six footer I find the proportions slightly odd. But feet will dangle when adjusted for desk/computer height, so I am forced to sit a little lower to touch the ground. And I have long legs!The chair is not uncomfortable, but you will need to find your sweet spot. It is a good value, all the components are of good quality, the wheels roll quietly and do not roll around at the slightest movement.For the price it’s a good deal, especially if you are tall. But I can’t imagine a short person being comfortable in this chair.

This is a great chair if you like to play guitar at your computer.The arms easily flip up and stay out of the way so you can comfortable sit in the chair and play guitar.When it's time to put the guitar away, just flip the arms back down and you have a comfortable arm rest.People said this chair didn't exist. They said I was crazy. The told me to get a stool AND a computer chair. No no no. That simply will not do. I found this chair, they can all shove it where the sun don't shine.It's also super comfortable! I'm a 6'-4" 250lb man and I can lean back in it without it breaking or seeming unstable.Don't hesitate, this chair rocks, the flippy arms are great, just get it and stop looking at the other chairs that suck and cost more money.Edit: I broke the chair :( I am a 250lb, 6-4 tall man. I leaned back too much and it just snapped on me. Still a great chair, just dont lean back too hard if you're a big guy like me

Bought this for my office at work for the flip up arms which I love. But the arm rests are a little scratchy on bare arms in the summer and it is really lightweight so that you have to hang onto it to keep it in place before sitting down. Nice looking and otherwise comfortable. Easy, easy assemble.

Love how the arms raise up but expected a bit more comfort for the price. It will work for the time being. I hate how it makes me feel like I am sliding forward so I will be looking for another chair and this time I will go local so I can sit in them before purchase.

Didn't last very long before the support went. Now when I sit down, it tilts back very far, so it's impossible to actually sit upright :( sad, otherwise it's good.
