The remote did exactly what it advertised, I didn't have to program it upon arrival, the moment I put 2 double aa batteries the remote began to work . This is not the fault of the product but I did not realize that usually the remote my Samsung tv came with had voice control features. Now although the remote is identical it is missing the mic so any voice features are out the window. I ended up having to order another remote due to the need for the mic. I do appreciate the fact that the pricing is still amazing for what you are getting.

Feels sturdier than the actual Samsung one that came with my TV. Identical in most ways. Except it is IR not BT. This is an inconvenience, but for the price it is fine. The buttons were super stiff at first, but after a few weeks of use it is loosening up.

This one is curved- and the button for power is somewhat depressed. Not raised to the correct level… and the battery cover is very difficult to open… no voice button microphone is missing should be expressly stated! Cheap but inferior to original.

I was told by a Directv repairman that since I had lost the remote that came with my Samsung tv, I could get a universal remote but that I would not be able to access Netflix, Amazon tv, Roku, etc. that was “built into the tv. So I continued to search for the lost remote. Honestly, it’s been gone a month now so I’ve run out of places to look. I took a chance and checked Amazon to see if I could find a compatable remote. Of course I could! I found a remote from Azmkimi that matched the model number of my tv. For less than $8.00 I thought I’d take a chance. Samsung direct replacement were considerably more expensive. My new remote arrived in two days. It looks exactly like the one that came with my tv and, more importantly, it works exactly like the original remote, Netflix and all. Thanks Azmkimi for fast delivery, an excellent product and very attractive pricing!

It works. That is super important. Why it only gets three stars is it is super tiny, so much smaller than the original. And...you have to push the button down far longer for it to react.But, I repeat, It works.

We have a Samsung Q60 series tv and couldn’t find our Original remote so gave this one a try. It worked right out of the package. Product is well made and very simple. It doesn’t have the Netflix, prime video, and Hulu buttons at the bottom as the original does but those are just convenience buttons. That did not effect the quality and ease of use. Packaging was poor. It was wrapped only in that very thin foam-like Wrapping that you would find over most new electronics. No box. No bubble wrap. Just minimal wrapping. Luckily it did not get damaged. Would definitely recommend this item for replacement remotes.

Ok for price. You just have to aim remote right at the tv or won't work well. But for the price, at least I have a replacement

Worked well with our TV the only thing it didn’t have was the voice control.
