TRADITIONAL MADE FOOD: We make 100% natural with no additive products to make it a ideal health mix for whole family. This homemade porridge is made from 18 vital grains to make your day healthy and stay fit. Fully packed with PROTEIN, CALCIUM and IRON. Contains 0% Cholesterol. This is considered to be a diet option and a breakfast substitute.
INGREDIENTS: Ragi, Wheat, Maize, Red Rice, Corn, Millet, Black gram, Horse gram, Green gram, Bengal gram, Soya, Sag Foxtail Millet, Ground nut, Cashew Nut, Badam, Cardamom and Dry ginger and with goodness of love and care from us.
PREPARATION METHOD: Stir 2-3 teaspoon of DL Mom Health Mix to a little normal water to avoid lumps and add to a cup of boiling water. Stir and cook well for 2 minutes. Add little boiled milk, palm sugar or jaggery to taste or you can also serve with salt and butter milk.
