Brocato Carve Texture Hair Paste Styling Texturizer Cream - where have you been all my life? It took me 50 years to find something that finally works as advertised. A light non-greasy product with an ever so slight citrus scent that you really only notice when you open the container. I have a pixie haircut because my hair is short, fine, thin, and stick straight. Carve gives me texture, fullness, and a natural shine. It's not sticky, heavy, or oily, and washes out very easily. At night after a shower and hair wash and while hair is still damp, I put a pea size dab in my palm, rub my hands together, rub my fingers over my palms, and starting from the bottom hairline rub my fingers up my scalp. When entire scalp has product, I briskly rub my hands over the rest of my hair to get all the product off my hands. My hair air dries, and in the morning I just run the Curlmaster 1/2 Inch Brush Iron (bought on Amazon) through my hair, tussle hair with fingers, and voila - done! I've also tried Carve on clean dry hair and the results are the same. Haven't tried blow drying hair as I try not to use a dryer if I don't have to. Haven't had the need for hairspray since using this product. And if I have to skip a night of washing, my hair looks just as good on day 2. I've already gotten some fellow employees to use this product, and they are extremely happy with Carve, too. After using it for only 3 days, I am so convinced of the integrity of Carve that I purchased another container and set up auto delivery as I never ever want to be without Carve. It is a fabulous product, a real miracle product for my hair.

Brocato texture hair paste works quite well on my hair. Lemony smell, a little goes a long way. Gives a healthy looking shine on my hair. This is why I purchased the product. I have short natural salt and pepper hair, but now with a little shine. I likey.

Cannot find this product in England so was pleased to find it on the internet from USAA little pricey as we have to pay for the shipping costs but still worth the money.A great product and helps to keep fine hair manageable.Would recommend to people with short to mid length hair.

I have used this product off and on for several years and have always bought it at my salon which has recently stopped carrying the line so I gave it a shot here. I feel like this is not the same as what I have gotten in the past. Something is off with the smell. It literally smells like Elmer’s glue and that isn’t the smell it should have. It does not have any hold to the paste at all which is also not true of the product I’ve bought elsewhere in the past. I just have a feeling that this is not the true product. For all I know I could very well be putting Elmer’s glue in my hair but if I am I would appreciate better hold at least.

My hairdresser recommended this for my "spiked" hairdo and I've been using it ever since - I've tried all kinds of different products and this works the best! It seems a little expensive (although not compared to other salon products) but a little goes a long way and one jar lasts a long time. Now that my hair salon no longer carries it I have to order it online and with Prime Free Shipping, I get the best deal at Amazon.

Sometimes it is just perfect texture, next time very runny, real crap shoot on what you’re going to get.
