Just a great knife
I love everything about this knife. Its long and lean yet feels sturdy in the hand. The build quality is fantastic. Eafengrow is establishing itself as a maker of very nice knives at a more than reasonable price. I now own 5 Eafengrow knives and thoroughly enjoy them all. The quality and attention to details with their products is highly commendable and with their knives, now anyone can have superior craftsmanship at a affordable price. Each one of my Eafengrow knives state the blades are made with D2 steel and having them all checked for hardness, everyone of them came back with a HRC rating of 58 to 60. Is it true D2? That I cannot say but I certainly have no reason to not believe it as the blades stay sharp, have a good HRC rating and stand up well to the environment. Get one, you won't be disappointed.

First Impressions: Pretty Nice For $20
This is my first Eafengrow knife, I just got it so these are my first impressions:Feel: It's a little thicker and heavier than I expected but that's not a negative. Feels good in the hand, not at all slippery.Blade: The comes sharp but not really sharp, it remains to be seen how well it holds an edge (which is why this is a 4 star review instead of 5). The blade is firm, no side to side play at all. When opened everything is flush along the top, no drooping. The blade sits centered nicely when closed.Action: The action is smooth if a little slow, my current EDC has a spring assist so I'm used to a quicker action. I'm sure I'll get used to the ball bearing action.Misc: The clip is really tight, I may try to bend it a bit or just remove it. The Eafengrow logo on the blade looks suspiciously like the Electronic Arts logo (as others have mentioned) which kind of detracts from the overall look of the knife.Overall: For $20 you really can't go wrong with the EF16. Time will tell how durable it is and how well it holds an edge but out of the box it's well constructed, nice looking and feels good in the hand.

Well made - Looks great - Opens smooth
There is no blade wobble. Heavy enough to feel good - not too heavy. Shipped sharp as heck. Well worth the money.

Don't let the price fool you, very good and sharp
I was surprised at how sturdy this blade is and how sharp. The D2 steel arrived razor sharp and the device is nice, solid, slicey, and good action.

Great knife, to strong of a pocket clip
Looks just like the picture, comes shaving sharp, and has an incredibly smooth action on it, definitely one of my favorite knives to carryOnly problem I find carrying it is that the pocket clip is super strong and difficult to useUpdate: The blade often times will open in my pocket, after a few good cuts reaching in my pocket for my wallet of keys, I decided to hang this knife up.

A budget Harnds Assasin
Slender with a good grip and sharp edge. I was thinking of getting the harnds assassin but thought close to 40 bucks with no clip at the time (now they have updated version) was too much. Then I found this beauty with almost exactly the same dimensions. Long slender blade and nice grip. I prefer blades a min 3.5 inches and not over 5 ounces. Check, check. Under 30 smackers , checkity check. If I'm getting a harnds im thinking warrior now even if it's over 5 oz. So in closing I dig this knife slot. It's big but not bulky nice long blade that could be used in self defense and EDC perfect for me. Oh yeah it opens nice and smooth and has a cool stonewash. I did have to oil it and work it in awhile kind of squeaky at first.

Sturdy knife, well worth the money!
Overall I like this knife! The stonewashed blade and blue scales make quite a statement. The knife is on the skinnier side from what I've carried in the past, but my grip feels secure on it. I don't know if it is truly D2 steel, but it keeps an edge well when you sharpen it. The blade is well-centered, and the lock up is fantastic; no wiggle at all.My two complaints: 1. the blade is almost too tight to flip. You have got to put a LOT of pressure behind it to flip it open. A little less pressure on the closed blade to have a faster opening would be preferable. Having said that, the bearing feels smooth.2. it is a long blade. At around 4 inches, probably too long for an EDC. This also slows the flipping action down a little. If they had the same design around 3 inches, it would be perfect. But it does look intimidating when open with the longer blade, also switchblade-esque.Overall, great purchase! If you haven't bought an Eafengrow, find a design you like and buy it! You can't beat the build and price.

Great knife
A little wider than expected, but super light weight. First g10 handle knife I’ve had. Not my favorite but will do. The pocket clip is pretty tight and sometimes difficult to put in jeans pocket. D2 blade is a plus and decently sharp on arrival. Hard to beat edc for someone wanting something lightweight, slim, and not too expensive. Haven’t tested durability but I don’t plan to cut anything serious due to being a slim knife
