Hi, The ingredients are clearly listed a few times within the product page but please see below to see them again: Karela (Bitter melon: Momordica charantia) 10% extract, Outer capsule shell: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose One is the main ingredient - the Karela - the other is the capsule shell.

Can someone explain the meaning of 10% extraction? Does this mean that the Karela content is 50mg?

This product is made from 10% concentrated extract of the active ingredients of the Karela fruit as opposed to dried whole fruit powder. It has been show that Charantin is the most active ingredient in Karela that has the most beneficial effect. One capsule has the same Charantin content of two whole Karela fruits!
