Clogged up in one day.
The media could not be loaded. They are as advertised. I found them to be somewhat flimsy though. One cut my finger a bit with a piece of the mesh poking out. I simply cut it off. The rubber seal that keeps it on the inlet pipe is quite right. This is good. However, I bent the prefilter a bit while trying to put in the tube.Update: the very next day both screens were completely clogged off with tank debris. Too bad, I really wanted these to work.

Will not fit on a bigger filter
The intake home is super small

This does not fit over the intake for an Aquaclear 110.

Does not fit all intakes.

Better than sponge.
Used these to replace the foam ones. Way better with more circulation and won't collapse causing the HOB intake filter to compress and limit the flow of water. Immediate difference in water flow.

Not stainless!!! Don't even consider using for salt water! Returned!
