Local shop was trying to charge $99. For very similar product…. No thanks. This works and looks just as good

Way better than expected for the price. Impressed
Very fine quality for such a cheap drain. So very much better than the plastic crap that comes in the box with new faucets. When we turn off the faucet and a final stray drop of water strikes the metal top of this drain, it rings nicely and I enjoy the sound. Replaced an old rod stopper with this pop-up and I've never felt so enamored with a sink drain.

Be sure to tape and paste it !!
Be sure to tape and paste all threaded connections on this drain pipe. It will leak if you don’t. Professional tradesman speaking here. It’s a high quality metal piece, but the threads and gaskets are a little finicky. Overall, it’s a good piece for the price.

Product was heavy duty with nice washers and easy to thread washers. Easy to install. Nicest plumbing pipe I've ever bought.

Mostly excellent – one fault.
Easy to instal, looks good and does the job. One fault is that the connector nut on the tail doesn't have enough depth for the thread to grip – because of the thick neoprene washer provided.Swapped it out with a standard nut and used the original elsewhere on the drain where there is not a thick washer.
