Great condition amazing book

I added a few pics, because even though I get that you don't wanna spoil the art, it doesn't help the creators if it's just a mystery and we're not sharing. No one can use the low quality pics from these reviews to steal the content. I can only imagine that's the reason there were 0 pics before me except the cover. I personally didn't buy this book because the few pics Amazon previewed are not my personal style, and the book description was very confusing as in I wasn't sure how much art vs story there actually was. Now I'm planning to decoupage a game table and risked it. It is FULL of art, all styles, of every character. It's just arranged in the chronological order of the story, but ends when Yasha fought the storm lord's minion on the ship, doesn't go to the end of the campaign, maybe that'll be volume 3.

Item was as promised and delivered timely.

This book is huge and it’s filled with beautiful art work. I got this as a gift for my boyfriend who’s a huge critical role fan and his birthday is coming up in a few months. I gave it 4 stars because it was shipped with nothing to protect it from damages. No bubble wrap, just this book and another big critical role book thrown in a box. The box looked like it went through a lot, but thank goodness the books weren’t too badly damaged. Considering this is a gift though, I would have loved for it to have been shipped with better care.

This is a fabulous book, there is a lot of fan art and plenty of information for it to be worth it. If you are a fan of Critical Role this is the book for you!

I've recently become obsessed with the Critical Role world and could not resist buying this book. I love art, especially fanart, so this was too tempting to pass up. The book is absolutely beautiful, with different styles of art for the CR world and characters. I also love that it's based on Beau's notes and is framed as being part of the Cobalt Soul Archive. It's also a great price, since most art books I see are crazy expensive, so I was very happy that this one was affordable. Worth every penny, for sure.It stays on my coffee table cause it's too nice to be put out of sight.

I was shocked at how robust this book is. It's a TOME. It was more art than story. I was expecting a little more text and story, but the art is stunning and the book is thick and heavy. It's just HUGE, really. It's almost too heavy to hold. A fabulous coffee table book for any Critical Role fan.

This is the third artbook that Critical Role has released and I am proud to say that I pre-ordered all three :D This one did not disappoint. The art is AMAZING, bringing to life the great moments in the game. And the fact that the art is completely done by fans and that there is information in the back for which pieces came from what artists and where you can find the artist online is part of why I love this community. A must have for any fan of Critical Role, Dungeons and Dragons, or fantasy artists in general.

An absolutely beautiful book that is very clearly lovingly crafted. The concept is neat, especially if you’re already invested a bit with Critical Role’s second campaign. This is primarily a book of art, and the art is gorgeous. Many styles, all executed very very well. This blows the official D&D books completely out of the water in terms of style and quality - both of the art and the book as a physical object. Heavy weight paper and high quality print.Just an absolute joy, and I would love a good chunk of these works as framed posters. Well worth the money. And enjoyable even if you have no clue about Critical Role.

Critical Role: The Chronicles of Exandria the Mighty Nein is less of a book, and more of a love letter to the fans of the insanely popular web show Critical Role. The book is basically a set of reports from Beau to the Cobalt Soul sandwiched between some absolutely amazing art provided by the show's fans.The lead time on bringing a book like this to market is quite long so the character profiles will be a little old for people who are up-to-date with the show, but the way it is set up there is plenty of scope for further books in the series covering later events.If you're looking for a story or some deep dive into the world, this isn't really for you. However, if you're looking for a beautiful coffee table book with some breathtaking artwork and some little in-jokes and character pieces, then you'll really enjoy this.It is certainly one for the show's fans rather than people new to the world of Exandria, but if you love the show, chances are you'll love this.

I didnt quite know what to expect when i got it but wow it is beautiful. First of all the book is super tall xD So make sure you have a place to put it. However this is good because the art works inside really get the space to shine! There is lots of interesting info also and just seeing the art is such a high. I love it! The different ways of drawing characters and the amount of full party art is perfection. Every smaller character such as keg, nila or calianna get to shine too.

Corner pages were bent and broken on the back and front cover.. and pages inside were ripped. This is nothing to do with the product, the book is beautiful. But the damage and delivery was so bad

Absolutely stunning book. The art work is beautiful. It’s a shame I am late to the Critical Role party as I would have loved to have bought the Vox Machina books as well.
