Updated Review:Their customer service is top notch! They are sending me a new screw driver to replace the defective one. They were incredibly polite and easy to communicate with.Initial review:Wallet seems ok, but the included screw driver won't work with the screws. I'm assuming the head was milled incorrectly on the one I received. It won't fit in the screws, which means I can't change the strap that holds the wallet together.

Was hoping to replace my slim leather wallet with this Ridge like wallet but it just didn't work for me. The quality of the wallet is actually really good. This "kit" came with a key holder and a screw driver which makes for switching things out really easy. All in all, very good buy.My problem with this wallet is that the material is really hard which makes it not idea if you carry it in your back pants pocket. Since I am forced to wear slacks every day, this wallet would put a hole through them in a very short time. This wallet is definitely good for someone who carries the wallet in the front of their coat or front pants pockets.I would recommend this wallet to anyone who wants the ridge-like wallet experience but without the price.

So absolutely NO ONE has instructions or a video on how to assemble this wallet in the supposed 4 options shown by the manufacturer. Keychain, sure, but the wallet itself? Not a single person has one.Any video, here or on YouTube, only shows how to take the cards out of this thing called a wallet or the keychain. Oddly enough the keychain comes with legit instructions! The wallet does not whatsoever.The customer service phone number is disconnected and I was hoping to talk to an actual person. I guess this is why this product only cost $23-ish U.S. dollars.My mistake.Edit as of 1/1/2020 - After nearly 2 hours of looking at the photos here on Amazon, a LOT of trial and error (especially to achieve the All-In version) I wanted to come back and write, now that The Puzzle has been figured out, that it's a very nice minimalist wallet.The photos are somewhat deceiving because the only thing holding all one's precious cards and wallet in one place is an elastic band and nonsort of hinge whatsoever. Being that this is an Amazon Top Choice (or whatever) you'd think that there would be instructions, included with the wallet or online, but there is not. As I mentioned before, the customer service phone number is/was disconnected when I called it as of 12/30/19.Overall it's a seemingly pretty good and practical minimalist wallet. It does it's job (though I don't know how effective the Blocking really is at this point. I'm just glad I achieved the full function!!!) as far as keeping your cards & cash at a minimum profile!Keychain is a nice bonus! Now if this Seller could provide directions for the wallet like they did the keychain (a keychain!!??!?!) then I'd give this product 5 stars but...I need to see if I can change it from a 1 to a 3.

I had been shopping around for one of these minimalist wallets. I did like the Ridge brand, but didn't want to drop that kind of money without knowing if I would like it or not. I found this one and jumped at it because of the price.After receiving it and using it for a few days, I love this thing. It comes with the tool necessary to modify and tighten it. It also comes with a handy little key organizer which is neat but I haven't used it.For the price, I really don't ever see myself going with one of the more expensive brands. Not when there are much cheaper and quality alternatives on the market.
