When I opened the packed there was only two spoon of powder.I am very disappointed by this

I was hesitant to buy this with all the negative reviews but I said let me give it a try. I wanted a pure, good quality product from the USA independently tested and reviewed with no additives. It is. And long story short - it works. No doubt. And the criticisms I am reading about empty container and scoops are plain wrong. They don’t understand.First about the joints - It took me about a month to really realize it but one day it was raining and I woke up and realized my knees hadn’t been hurting. I ran on the treadmill at the gym the other day and I realized then again that usually it hurt and next day I was dying - and nothing. Nothing at all. My shoulder doesn’t hurt anymore. I am also taking collagen powder everyday so are they both working? Maybe. But I’m not stopping one or the other to test it.Second the skin. As I said I’m taking collagen too so maybe it is both BUT after about 3 months now all of the fine lines around my eyes are GONE and the grooves by my mouth are filled in. People definitely notice. I notice. My skin is less dry. It has to be from these because I didn’t change anything else.The comments about the container being half empty - it is. It is a ridiculously huge jug for the amount of HA in it. BUT there are definitely 500 servings in there. People do not realize that there is a teeny tiny scoop in the jug. It’s not big. A serving is about an 1/8 teaspoon. So that is why there are so many of those size scoops in the tub. You have dog around for the scoop. I don’t leave it in the jug bcz it gets annoying and messy. I leave it on the side. And I measure just my scoop and it’s lasted a long time so far. Definitely accurate with contents and serving size.The downside - texture and ease of mixing. It is a gelatinous thing folks. Hence why it coats your joints and works like silicone in your body to lubricate the joints. Maybe you could use the capsules but serving wise this is cheaper. If you don’t mix it well or don’t use a lot of liquid per serving it will float on top and cling to the cup like a blob of goo. Truth. BUT. I have discovered two alternative secrets to mixing. One is let it sit and break down and two is make sure to separate the granules. So I do one or both of these things. I mix it into my water bottle the night before and just let it sit in it. In that time, it dissolves. If you take other powders - like I take powdered collagen and fiber- I mix all the powders in the cup and shake them up good to mix and separate BEFORE ADDING THE LIQUID. Then when I add the liquid it seems to break down better with a stir maybe because the granules have been separated. And honestly it’s not all that gross to just drink down the blob. It’s tasteless.I will say that if you get it on your counter or hands and mix it with water it gets slimy the same texture as lube. True story. Maybe that’s your thing. Have at it. I just try not to get it anywhere else. But it IS easily cleaned. Just weird. Lol.All in all I LOVE THIS STUFF!!!!

I add the dosage amount which is half of the enclosed scoop in there and add it to my quart mason jar of water. It dissolves in a few minutes though it is not instant but it will dissolve nicely, no need to stir or it will clump. It feels very moisturizing to drink. It has made my skin silky smooth to take internally, kept my dry eyes from acting up and has helped my arthritic thumb joints tremendously. One star reviewers do not understand the molecular weight of HA and think they get half a jar. A tiny amount goes a long way! 50 gm jar has 500 doses at 100 mg. I also make my own skin products with HA but with extra low molecular weight which this is not. This is excellent for internal use and I have been very happy with it.

I got exactly what I paid for and the price was reasonable. As to the people complaining about the quantity in the container did any of you bother to properly measure the contents before writing a review? I measured the powder contents on an analytical scale (0-200g range +- 3mg) and their is 50g in the container. To be precise I got a measurement 49,924mg. I would also point out that their was residue left on the inside of the container which would be expected, if I were to guess I would say their was at least 76mg of residue. So if your account for residue, fluctuation of moisture content from ambient humidity (the container did include a silica gel pack for pre-sale moisture control), and allowable margin of error in filling, I would conclude that this container was filled to no less than 50g.As to Hyaluronic acid dissolving, yes it takes a long time to dissolve as it should. Hyaluronic acid with a molecular weight of 1.8MDa has a solubility of 5g/L @25C and is exceptionally hydroscopic. If you compare that to Sodium Chloride (table salt) which has a solubility of 360g/L @ 25C, one can conclude that by the nature of the molecule Hyaluronic acid will take much longer to dissolve than table sale. I add 100mg to a glass of water ahead of time, stir it up and leave it in the fridge. When I come back it is always fully dissolved. The time it takes to dissolve and the fact that it does fully dissolve is a good indication that the product is not cut or adulterated.Hyaluronic Acid is available in different molecular weights so I would like to see the molecular weight in Dalton's listed in the description or on the package. That information would he helpful for a consumer such as myself that reads published studies. I purchased this knowing that the molecular weight was not listed so I can't hold that against the product.

The enclosed scooper...very small, is a double serving, designed to force you to use twice as much as what they claim is a serving. If you have a grams scale, weigh it out. Giant container with a tiny amount in it....measured by weight. Cheaper than other Hy Ac products none the less. Its is granular salt like crystals / chunks....not a powder, and not wet, so the review requesting feedback on sheerness or thickness is irrelevant. I treat it as I do all powdered supplements.

I like the product but I ordered it once and returned it due to only being 1/8 full. Got the second one and the same amount was in there. There is NO way that there is 500 servings. Amazon please investigate this . Thanks
