The Powerpuff Girls - Meet The Beat-Alls [VHS]

I bought this DVD because my VCR died and rendered my old tape useless. And am I glad I did! Not only do you get all the episodes that were one the videotape, you also get commentary tracks and cool CN TV spots.The first episode, "Meet The Beat-Alls," is of course the best one on the disc, and if you got every single Beatles reference and pun from it already, then listen to Mojo Jojo's commentary and get even more!

Wonderfully silly spoof. My kids saw it as children and still remember it, purchased it for family viewing 12 years later.

PowerPuff Girls Episode EVER. So says my daughter who then grew up to be a huge Beatles fan much to her father's delight. If you're a Beatles nut who wonders if you can spot every single reference to them here, consider it a challenge to yourself and try it because it's a ton of fun.

I got it for my father-in-law who was a big Beatles fan. The episode was just chocked full of Beatles puns. He is a bit older so he simply found them mildly amusing. But no complaints.

There is nothing "new and exciting" feature-wise on this dvd, but it provides several more episodes of great Powerpuff action, adventure, and humor. If you're a PPG fan, this dvd is for you. I'm not a huge fan of the disjointed, out of sequence way episodes are released, but this dvd still provides a couple of extras, including a preview of the PPG movie due out in July, and commentary on episodes by the characters.

We got the Powerpuff girls movie and not the Beat All's episode. Not impressed and the dvd wasn't wrapped in any way.
