Do not waste your money!!!
Wow... So upset with this chair. It was 28degrees this weekend so I bought the chair and paid next day ship. I charged the battery and arrived at my kids soccer game excited that I would stay warm.... No that did not happen. If it wasn't for the light on the remote and a mild warmth I felt as I packed up the chair to leave, I would have thought it was broke. That isn't the case it just isn't a warming chair. Do not waste your money!!! I contacted the seller on Saturday but heard nothing back.

2 Faulty Chairs
Bought 2 of these chairs... Charged them both up as directed and when we tried to use them today at my Kids COLD morning soccer games NEITHER chair got warm. We had them on for 3 hours and NADA. :( We sent them back and was issued a refund right away. I am so bummed these didn't work! I'd be willing to try again if they can start producing a product that works.

I bought 2 chairs for my wife for Christmas. ...
I bought 2 chairs for my wife for Christmas. One didn’t work at all the other took a charge and never got warm and the battery was dead within 20 minutes. I will call the company in the morning and expect a full reimbursement. Save your money and dress warm. They don’t work!!!

Do not buy
I bought for my mom for Xmas and she took it out for baseball and she can’t even feel it. Inside she can feel it barely.

Wrong color- poor quality product
I ordered this chair in Red/Black. I received an ALL BLACK chair and it is very cheaply made for a $90 chair! It is headed straight back....very disappointed.

Great gift
This was a Christmas gift for my brother-in-law. He looked very pletsitting in the next day. He is difficult to buy for, but loved this chair.

Does not heat
This chair is comfortable but does not heat. I’ve had it turned on for 20 minutes now at my daughters soccer game and there’s no discernible heat.
