Fall Asleep Natural Sleep Aid (30 Capsules)

I've been giving my mother in law these sleep capsules before bed every night. She is having anxiety attacks because she is bedridden with cancer. She is 90 and these capsules are fortunately easy to swallow. They work pretty well in helping her sleep through the night and she is more alert in the morning as a result. The ingredients do not interfere with her other medications, which is a plus. Overall I like this product and it works well for her.

The bottle is nice to look at but it does absolutely nothing in regards to helping you sleep. I took two tablets as directed and never felt sleepy or fell to sleep. This is a product that is a fail, and for $36 it's a no. Stay away.Katiebabs

I like this natural sleep aid supplement because the capsules are easy to swallow and I also like that it has valyrian root that I like to take to help me relax.

I have tried everything to help me fall asleep and nothing has worked as good as Utzy's. I fall asleep within 20 minutes and stay asleep. so do not wake up feeling groggy in the morningeither!

Over the last couple of years, I've developed pretty persistent insomnia. I will sometimes find something that works, only to have it stop working after a while, until I take a break from it. Overall, I would say that this helps me sleep better. I take it a couple of hours before bed and I am able to fall asleep and stay asleep more easily. It doesn't disturb my sleep cycle or give me vivid dreams or anything like that. I'm not sure which ingredient is the one that's helping, or if it is a combination of them. I've taken Valerian before and it has done nothing for me, yet this product does.For the benefit of better sleep, this product is worth the price. I am glad that I decided to try it and will be adding it to my collection of products to help me sleep.

I wAs excited to try this Fall Asleep natural sleep aid and was not disappointed!! It arrived quickly and well packaged. The capsules are standard sized capsules and easy to swallow. There is a slight smell from the Valerian root but it isn’t overwhelming. I haven’t noticed any negative side effects. I slept wonderfully with less interruptions through the night!

It definitely works when taking the dosage thats recommended, I have used valerian root supplement before and this contains it along with other natural sleeping ingredients, the capsules are easy to swallow, after about 1/2 hour I fall asleep and wake up feeling refreshed. I’m glad I got this sleeping supplement! It works!
