im diabetic type 2 since taking these my long term HbA1c dropped from 58 to 50, and average morning dropped from 7/8 to 6, has helped balance my hormones (menopause) has also helped to stabilize my thyroid levels (under active hashimotos)

I open the capsule and add to food as have swallowing issues - but a good product

I am dubious of "supplements" and see them mainly as snake oils.But I gave this a try after lots of research and a lot of positive peer reviewed scientific studies.I am stronger, calmer, I remember more and I have even managed to come off my ADHD medication and get the some of the benefits without the awful side effects.Even my beard is thicker and the wife won't get off me 😂

Has improved our sleep quality. Helps with my husband’s snoring which use to wake me several times a night. But since taking this product his snoring has reduced a lot.I know when he hasn’t taken this vitamin. The loud, snoring monster comes back.We both take it (x2 pills) in the morning. I guess it works itself through our system and does it’s job for the night. 👍🏽

Going good so far

Giving only 3 stars as its not 1000mg per tablet but 1000mg based on 2 tablets taking daily. That is misleading in my opinion as genuinely thought i was buying 1000mg per tablet.

I can feel the difference since I have been taking these.
