More expensive than most ab wheels, easy to assemble and is solid in use but unstable (that's the aim of the wheel) It's simple to use but certainly not easy! Some wheels are more stable this making the exercise less difficult but this is a very good item. Works more than the ab area, triceps and lats come into play. Use a cheap garden knee pad or your knees will hurt! Don't let it gather dust in the corner of a room, its use will strengthen your body which will help in everyday life especially manual workers. In all, a good item which I definitely recommend! Good service from Amazon too.

This abs wheel is very quick to assemble and is reassuringly sturdy. I have had it for a month now and recommend it as an excellent quality product. It wasn't the cheapest but I didn't want something that was cheap and wouldn't last. This feels like it will last for many years. There isn't anything that I would change about it. So if you are on the fence about which abs wheel to choose... my advice is just pick this one as you won't be disappointed 👍

Works really well and has some ergonomics built in.Was fairly easy to assemble didn't really need instructions. It's mostly a plastic construction but the center is a metal rod, feels solid and the wheel has some rubber so works great on carpet as well

Compré esta rueda para complementar mi equipo de ejercicio en casa, y honestamente es excelente. El montaje es súper rápido y tiene una estabilidad increíble. Lo que comentan del resorte de asistencia la verdad yo no lo noté y de hecho no estoy seguro de que lo tenga, pues no siento ningún tipo de ayuda al regresar, lo cual para mi está muy bien porque prefiero hacer yo mismo el esfuerzo de regresar sin asistencia. En cuanto a materiales están muy bien y muy resistentes. En pocas palabras, es otro artículo de Amazon Basics que no me decepciona.
