Ader Premier Kettlebell (20kg)

Great KBs. I've had a 16kg and 20kg for about 2 years now and love them. Balanced, good handle size, paint is not perfect after 2 years but holding up fairly well. All around solid KB for the money. I would go with 5 stars but I recently ordered a second 20kg KB and I was a little disappointed to find that the new one is slightly taller and the grip is slightly larger than my old KB. Not the end of the world but I assumed they'd be identical. I suppose after 2 years I should have checked on specs. They do a fantastic job with the packaging as well. Small box packed with other cardboard pieces, firm foam, and bubble wrap to keep it from getting damaged.

The shipping was timely and product was well packaged. I would buy from the seller again. Don't worry about having it shipped to your door: not many people will try to steal a solid 44 lb item from your door step. Ader is considered one of the best manufacturers, quality paint, nice stout bell which looks impressive for a medium size weight, good handle which I believe is 2 inch diameter.Do your research on kettlebell lifting first. As with any exercise, improper form or overtraining will result in serious injury, as has happened with me in the past. I suggest signing up for a free trial class at a gym with kettlebells (most places offer a free class) and they'll teach you the basics.My collection: one 26 lb bell, and this 44 lb. One more heavy bell like 70-90 lbs or another 44 lb would complete a nicely adequate set for lifting. A oft-said downside with kettlebells is being limited to the weight. I always wanted to go heavy with lifting, but after taking a trial class like I mentioned I found that 20-30 reps and 3-4 sets with a weight like this 44 pounder really blew up my legs like I always wanted, so really this weight might be all you need. Most guys will never be as strong as roethlisberger, Brock lesnar, or pudianowski, so nowadays I go for conditioning, not strength.

I am an avid crossfitter and this is perfect for my home workouts. I love the smooth handle. I thought the diameter of the handle would be the same as the 35lb but it is a bit bigger. I have small hands so it's harder for me to keep holding on. it's perfect for my husband though. The box it came in was just a priority mail box, so my mail-lady wouldn't deliver it bc it was too heavy. I had to pick it up at the post office.

Simple elegance, smooth finish. Weird to say, I love this hunk of metal.

I purchased an Ader 20kg kettlebell - my first purchase - last August 2014 and have been very satisfied with my choice. This one kettlebell allows a great strength and conditioning challenge when used for single arm kettlebell complexes of 3 to 5 exercises for 3 to 8 reps per exercise. I'm itching to make my second purchase soon and trying to decide what weight it will be but one thing I know for sure - it will be an Ader kettlebell and I would purchase again from this vendor. My order was timely processed and delivered to me.

Well made kettlebell. I've been working out with kettlebells for 2 years and the only bells my trainer uses are Ader or Dragon Door. I've started a personal training business and have a combination of the 2 brands. Others are not evenly weighted. Go with these. They are worth the money.

I have 3 Ader kettle bells: 11.5 kg, 16 kg, & 20 kg. I love them. The handles are wide enough for two hand swings. I have a few other brands and have had problems because the handles are too small for two hand swings. Ader kettle bells are very well made with a smooth finish. I will order a 30 lb and 72 lb very soon. The bells were all packaged very well and arrived safely through the mail. I am extremely happy with my 3 Ader kettle bells.

I bought this mostly for legs & core and it is great. I own a lighter one for upper body. THis is well designed & it's handle is smooth so I develop less callouses. It works great & even with shipping this was the best price
