I purchased them at a very reasonable price.

Good choice for my older gentleman known as my husband and helpmate for the past 43 years. It is also good for men on blood pressure meds who don't want excessively high B vitamins in their multi. My husband's VA doctor said high B vitamins such as daily doses of B12 sublingual or high doses in a multi are not good for men on Metaprolol. I think she is wrong because lack of B12 can cause dementia type reactions and as you get older your B12 absorption is diminished so you need higher doses. I looked it up and found no such contradiction for B12 and Metaprolol but maybe the doctor knows more than the information on the internet.

Do you like the taste of dirt but wish it had more healthy bits in it? If so, this is the product for you! It has all the taste that you would expect from a gluten free, sugar free, artificial chocolate, certified hippy baked cookie. Just for the love of all that is good and right in this world don't chew it. Just don't. Side note I have been using these for years and have seen a good improvement in my mood and sarcasm.

I'm loving these vitamins. Very affordable for the amount they give you and totally worth it. I recommend these to everyone. Just make sure you drink a lot of water with them so you don't get dehydrated. There's a lot of vitamins in each pill.

Just what the doctor ordered

I've been using these for 3 years and they seem to be doing the trick. Since most of us don't always eat right a daily supplement can help to give the body what it needs nutritionally. This formula has a good assortment of nutrients. Also it DOESN'T contain iron, which for me was a must. I would recommend these to any male who is looking to supplement their diet without the dangerous mega proportions found in some supplements.
