Poor quality
Both low settings quit after 3 weeks.

I supper glued it and it has been working fine. Hopefully it will continue to do so
It came broken. the stem on the dial broke as it turned it. I supper glued it and it has been working fine. Hopefully it will continue to do so. I was in a hurry to get the cooler working so I didn't want to take the time to get a replacement.

A good choice for a replacement
Wall switch is just like original, it has a wiring schematic if you need one. Good quality and works well.

Works Great
We bought this to update our old control panel when we painted. Works great. Looks nice. Kind of pricey for a switch panel. But glad I was able to find it online, since my local hardware stores didnt carry it.

Perfect
Works perfectly. The instructions may be a little hard to follow depending on how well your wiring is labeled. But it didn't take too long to figure out.
