Constipation Relief Formula #1 (Large Bottle - 180 Cap)

Updating my review up to a 5 star from 3. This is all I have been using since my first purchase 5 months ago. It's effective. I recommend it over any other laxative. Unlike other laxatives this doesn’t make your bowels sticky and oily. It also doesn't bloat or cramp you up like other stuff that creates extra water in your gut. With so many great reviews I was expecting a great product. I have a detox that works much better than these pills and is way cheaper but my detox tastes atrocious and keeps me going for 2 days to the bathroom. Therefore it makes me very tired and is highly inconvenient. I thought these pills would be the solution to my chronic constipation. I received them yesterday. Took 2 pills in the afternoon, 2 more that evening. 2 this morning, 3 this afternoon and 2 more this evening and finally I had a bowel movement but not a complete one. I have a lot of gas because there is still a lot that needs to exit my system but won't. The story of my life. .. Very frustrating for me. I have a very gut friendly diet and I am physically active. I drink water all day and hot tea. I snack on fruit and nuts. Eat plenty of greens. I use olive oil and balsamic vinegar quite generously. I take probiotics, I love plain yogurt. I use it a lot with my salads and meals. I'm in my mid 30s and I make sure to consume foods that aid digestion and yet my chronic constipation is still an issue. I have been resorting to taking a gulp or 2 from my detox about 3 times a week to help me. As I said, it is way too harsh on my system though. This is working. I'm hopeful. However, I wished it didn't take so many pills to do it's function. Hopefully, by tomorrow morning my body will finish eliminating all that is still left.

I don’t care for the name, but the product works and customer service is great. I ordered the colostrum by mistake and they made it right. FYI…it’s not a laxative.

It has taken me over 50 years to get this problem figured out. Formula #1 has been the game-changer for me for over a year now. I will not be without it. The 3 pill dose was too many for me (113 lbs.) so I adjusted to 2 at bedtime, and now I find even better results by taking 1 at bedtime and 1 more with my probiotic early morning. This ALWAYS works! Feels like a total cleanse. Gentle, yet effective, and you know when you have to GO - there's no question!! I have total confidence in this company and love to listen to Scott on KTC. So happy I stumbled onto this!

When you suffer from SEVERE constipation, your life revolves around worrying about how long you will go without “going” and what it will do to get you going. This product is about the 20th I’ve tried, no joke. Nothing short of a straight up laxative has worked for me. The last year or so I’ve depended on Ducalax every week or so. Instruction say to take 1 to 3 tabs - I have to take 5 to work. I’ve been on Linzees with absolutely no results. Every probiotic or herbal remedy out there I have tried. Then I tried poopdoc. Wish the name were different😊. No miracle at first - I almost gave up! I took 3, 4, then 5 pills a night with no result. Finally I took 6, then 3 in the morning which got things moving. Went back to 6 a night for a few nights with good results. Cut back to 5 without losing results. I now take most nights 3, with an occasional 4 if my movements slowed to less than every other day. Like I said, no miracle but I’m happy with going every day or every other day without extremes like diarrhea or severe cramping. My tummy is calm! No gas, no cramping, just ‘normal’ feeling. That’s amazing! I’ll stay on it the rest of my life. Only wish it were cheaper for how many pills I require.

I've tried many OTC and RX products to help with my constipation/colon inertia. This supplement was mentioned in my continued search to find something that I could use in a daily basis. I didn’t have any results until I was taking up to 6-7 capsules at bedtime with a lot of water. I didn’t have the nice BM everyone thinks about, but did manage to get movement which is always a relief. I would say that this product has helped give me some peace of mind about having some movement when I wasn’t having any. I did try Mag07, which as the same ingredients, but stopped using just after one dose due to severe bloating/gas for several days.

Normally I wouldn't leave a review, but I think that I would be doing a disservice to those if I didn't. I have struggled with constipation my whole life. I have tried everything. I started naturally. I tried more fiber, tons of water, exercise, nothing worked. I ate dates and drank prune juice (I am in my 20s!!!). I went to a gastro and was prescribed two different medications. NEITHER WORKED. I tried miralax which worked for two weeks and then stopped working completely. I am so beyond thankful that a naturopath recommended this to me because it the only thing that has worked for me. 100% recommend!!!!
