Flavor is so-so, I don’t hate it, but I don’t love it.

Highly recommend!I like the flavor a lot on its own but it's also a good tea to mix with other black teas like the almond vanilla or passionfruit papaya. I can't say that it has helped with weight loss but I haven't gained weight so there's that.I also like the packaging, it keeps the tea fresh from what I can tell. Also I'm a big fan of not having to deal with a tea bag string.All in all this is my favorite morning tea and considering I have about 25 teas to choose from I feel that is saying a lot about how good this tea is!

I have a major sweet tooth & I felt like this tea really helped keep it in check. Fixed with some cinnamon, vanilla sweet crème drops & splash of oat milk. 👩‍🍳💋Felt like a treat.

Not attracted to the flavor, but I'll occasionally drink it on my weight loss campaign. It's a bit earthy and herbal with no captivating dominant flavor. I'll give it a serious go this week to see if it does curb my appetite. That's what's important to me.
