Bought as gift for my wife. Delivered on time and in good condition. Box with necklace separately packaged in plastic bag. Unusual but not difficult to put in box myself to make it look more presentable. Wife liked it so all OK.

The necklace is awful. Just tacky. Tried to return and had to chase several times for a refund. Finally got refunded by Amazon directly even though this is a third party seller
