Break open caplets for excellent burn and beauty salve
My Mom kept a bottle of this to break open the pills and smear the goop on sunburns and regular burns. It works really well to speed up healing, fades scars, and seems to help with wrinkles. I had developed some fine lines from frowning in agony after a concussion, they're gone now! One of these caplets covers my entire face. Note that real, effective vitamin E is clear, colorless, thick, sticky and doesn't feel great going on. For a while Sundown Naturals sold a good vitamin E oil, but they stopped, and all the others I've tried either are clearly cut with something to make it runny, cloudy or colored (and some have the gall to claim it's "natural", pure vitamin E isn't a natural product to begin with) This is a good, inexpensive alternative to that nonsense.
