Designed for athletic comfort, the Meindl Respond Lady GTX walking shoes feature a trail running style to promote an active feel walking on tracks and paths. A Gore-Tex membrane keeps the shoes waterproof as well as breathable for taking on walks in any conditions. A contagrip outsole provides excellent traction over all terrains. A soft velour leather and mesh upper provides support and breathability, with an easy-pull lacing system for a secure fit. A perfect shoe for an active oldie!
I've been wearing Meindl shoes (and the boot form) since I developed Plantar Fasciitis in 2012. A life saviour, light, a brilliant fit even for someone with a bunyan and when they get a bit grubby, washable. Not for rugged serious walking but perfect for everyday use as long as you don't mind your daughter calling you a bit of a hippy.

WAlking shoes
I alwAys purchase Meindl walking shoes. They are an excellent and comfortable walking shoe. Get the correct size and you could be wearing slippers they wear very well too. Thoroughly recommend.

Comfortable walking shoes
My second pair, my original stopped being waterproof. Very comfortable. The colour is not black as others have said but the raspberry/grey I wanted.They had to source my size from another store but kept me up to date on the delivery.

Echt schade aber sie drückten vorne sehr
Es ist sooo schade für diese Schuhe die so toll aussehen nur 1 Stern zu vergeben aber die harte Schutzkappe vorne an den Zehen hat mir so auf die Zehen gedrückt das ich die Schuhe wieder zurück schicken musste. Sie waren definitv nicht zu klein, die Länge passte. Keine Ahnung ob ich einfach nur Pech hatte aber wenn die alle so sind, frag ich mich was man für Plattfüße haben muss damit sie passen ;-PGröße hab ich wie bei meinem anderen Paar Meindls, eine halbe Nummer größer genommen

Meindl Schuhe
Meinst eben...was soll ich sagen....Markenqualität.Habe erst zwei Paar...aber die sind unschlagbar.Auch wenn sie mehr kosten....zahlt sich 1000%ig aus.
