Works great for my system

Looks brand new and works great
I bought it to replace an i3 due to fact that Zoom doesn't allow to use virtual background with a processor lower than i5. The processor was packed well, but not in original packing of course. It worked great from the first run and has been fine since then. My system is of course much faster now with this i5 CPU.

Processor DOA.
Bad processor. DOA. As far as a refund goes, Amazon says, "Your return is in transit. Your refund has been issued." However, no refund to date, and that's been two weeks now. Will see. Buyer beware of this seller!
