I really love this tablet because of the parental controls. Unfortunately my son broke the screen on the first day of use as it fell from him. It's not as strong as the leapfrog tablet when it comes to the rugged daily use of my kids. Overall it's a good tablet but be careful with the screen.

I bought it on August 29, I bought 3 of them and the 3 are already broken. It's very sad, they look to be really good tablets but they didn't last long. 2 of them are not receiving charge and another one has a black screen. I bought a Fire 7, 4 months ago and it still working very fine.

this tablet is amazing! I couldn't believe the product made do good for such a low price! the screen is bright and response is fast. preinstall a lot educational games for the kids. my son loves it!

This tablet is amazing I never thought it would work like a normal tablet, I thought it was just a tablet for kids.

After about 2 months use the cable broke.....like literally the plug came apart. I reached out to the company through the amazon portal and I haven't gotten any response in about 5 weeks.Otherwise its a fine product but if you can't use it.....and nobody is telling you were you can get a replacement cable, it blows. Better get a tried and true tablet for you kids. We had Amazon fire for about 2 and half years until we started having problems charging that too so it's just sitting in a cupboard.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. I had to buy it way before to have a jump start on gifts and not even one year after buying her screen went black and it has never worked again! With Christmas approaching I was going to fix the screen but it will cost about as much as the tablet! I would not recommend this item!! I am so disappointed and my daughter is so sad her gift did not last long at all.

The tablet lasted 4 months , no longer charging and still looks brand new. No damages and not able to contact anyone the life time support is not longer active, $102.00 for 4 months. Wrong information and description of the product. Unable to get Amazon customer' service , but will continue to search for help .

Limited on apps that you can download and battery charges really slow and sometimes cant even get it to charge. Returning to purchase a different tablet.
