This stuff will kill most infections that are on the surface or just below the skin. But beware... Don't ever get it near or in your eye. Wash hands immediatly even if you don't think you got any on them or you could touch your eye later on accident. I've used it for years with no problem for bug bites, tooth infections (never swallow it), even an abcess. Great for the skin and killing bacteria/viruses.

And I’ve tried a lot even the expensive brands. The best is this one, it’s the strongest ive found. I use it for a lot of things. Handmade body scrubs, soap, I add a few drops to my facial cleanser and I diffuse it along with eucalyptus and cedarwood. It’s a great mix, try it!I see a lot of reviews saying this doesn’t smell like tea tree, that it smells like gasoline and it’s not sweet like the tea tree they know or that it’s not tea tree it’s eucalyptus.Tea tree isn’t sweet, and you probably got some low quality stuff, and you now assume that’s what it smells like.Tea tree is camphorous. It’s a lot like eucalyptus actually. It has that sinus clearing smell like vapor rub. It’s not eucalyptus but it’s similar. Very fresh very clearing.When you first open it it can def smell like gasoline a bit. This brand is strong and that’s just a sign it’s a good oil. Let it open to air for 2-4 days and that dee dies down. It won’t be that overpowering onxe it’s exposed to air a bit.But it won’t be sweet. Again tree isnr sweet. Not fair to give the oil a bad review because it’s stronger than you’re used to.

Tea tree oil is one of the most used essential oils I use, so it was handy and cost-effective to buy it in this larger 2 oz size. Tea Tree oil is a must have in any household! There are soooo many wonderful uses for it, and it is all natural! I love to dab some on a pimple....it's a great antibacterial! But, the most useful for me thus far has been using it as an anti-fungal on my feet! Last summer I developed this white toenail fungus that spread on all my toenails. I went to the derm and she prescribed me a prescription topical, and she said it would probably take 6 months to heal, if it did. Well, I decided to research more natural cures and found TTO was a top one for toenail fungus. I dabbed the TTO on my toenails in the morning, let it dry for a few mins, then put on socks. At night, I put organic virgin coconut oil (also a must have!) on my feet, then dabbed TTO on my toenails and put on socks and slept overnight this way. Occasionally I'd wrap my feet in plastic bags or saran wrap after putting on the coconut oil/TTO and then put on the socks. Well, 2 months later my fungus that I've had since summer is completely gone!! There's no more trace of it, and I can't be happier!! My toenails look healthy and perfect! I'm so thankful for TTO and will always have it at my house!

I have many NOW brand essential oils and they all have been great. I can't tell a difference between other brands. This purchase of tea tree oil was a nice large 2 oz size. Smells great, works as expected. I use it on wounds, bug bites, I add it to shampoos and conditioners, I mix other oils and use in my diffuser. Tea tree oil is an all around great healing oil that has many uses and is easily tolerated on the skin. I recommend NOW essential oils.

I love tea tree oil and this is a brand that my holistic health teacher recommended to my class many years ago so this is one of my trusted brands. The oils are always pure. I love this bigger size since I go through a lot of tea tree due to its antifungal properties. I use it neat (straight up, not mixed with a carrier oil) on the back of my throat when I’m sick with a sore throat, I use it mixed in coconut or black Jamaican castor oil in my hair. I use it to clean. This essential oil can be used for many different purposes and it's effective.

Update:12/23/17I normally use tea tree oil along with witch hazel on a cotton make up pad to cleanse my face. I use it so often that I will admit, I probably am addicted to tea tree oil :-) I used some drops of this on my cotton pad along with witch hazel this AM and it burned when I was using it. I think this product is very strong - this is not bad - but I will not be using it on my face. I am going to add it to my shampoo though because I love how cleansing this tea tree oil feels.12/21/17Decent tea tree oil for the price (Amazon Prime has it for just under $8). I trust NOW products but I will say I'm a little disappointed in the smell of this. It does not smell as nice (I like a very strong tea tree scent) as other brands have had. However, this product it feels wonderful on the skin. I use this along with some witchazel on a cotton pad and use it everyday on my face. I'm a little obsessesd with Tea Tree Oil and will still be searching for the one that smells the best but this will do for now. I will also try it on the few skin tags that I have under my arm area. I will admit I really love a strong tea tree oil scent and that's not for everyone. There are so many uses of Tea Tree that you really cannot go wrong by having it in your home. While I will use this product, I will not re-order it because I don't love the smell. Onward with my search for a strong smelling Tea Tree Oil!

I use exactly two drops of TTO on my electric toothbrush each time I brush. At this pace, this bottle lasts a very long time. My dental health is consistently excellent and I attribute part of that to my brushing protocol that includes a natural toothpaste (errr...gel only, not paste) plus the TTO.I would NEVER swallow any of this stuff but I do swish it thoroughly for a minute or two through my teeth with water to carefully rinse my mouth after brushing. I try to get it to swish deeply between my teeth to let it reach the deeper gum recesses and kill some germs and bacteria where brushing can't reach.This regimen seems to work great for me as my hygienist consistently tells me if all her patients were like me she'd soon be out of business. My cleanings are always a breeze. Try it and see if it works for you, too. NOW brand is as good as any I've found.Noteworthy: Never an issue while traveling due to the small size of the bottle.
