Excellent sound quality and features
I upgraded to the Nova 500 recently after owning the Nova 150 for a few years. The Nova 150 is very good; the 500 is even better. Better soundstage and dynamics. Better bass and better definition of individual instruments. It is not "too powerful" for my fairly small floor standing speakers. Compared to some of the Stereophile "Class A" integrated amps, this one actually is rather reasonably priced for what you get. DIsclaimer: I bought it through an independent HiFi shop, not from Amazon, in order to get trade-in credit from my Nova 150. Amazon would be convenient though.
