AARP Large Print Crossword Puzzles

We dont feel elderly, but find that many of our activities are those of oldsters. This was our first sortie into LARGe print Crossword. We wont go back. Love them just have to look for harder ones. Even though we cant see as well, our minds are just as sharp as ever. Consequently 4 not 5 star.

The actual crosswords are good. I prefer when the clues are on the same page and this book is not. The spiral is soft plastic so it bends and the spiral unscrews causing the pages to not match up.

Father-in-law enjoys crossword puzzles. This is large print, lays flat.Also purchased erasable color pens for more fun.

SILLY of me, expecting puzzle/clue on same vs. facing pages. I hope to find a better or at least smaller option in future. If you’re working at a desk, this one is GREAT! AARP offers excellent, minimal to moderate difficulty puzzles. Love it! I’m thrilled with the purchase, provides a much wanted break from computer versions.

This crossword puzzle book had printing errors on many puzzles. For example, in the photos, this puzzle had two #16s and the clue for #52 is incorrect as you can see by the completed answer. I found it very frustrating and annoying.

Gift for my mother who has macular degeneration & dementia. Easy to read & do

Sure doesn't appear to be large print....it's a wee bit bigger than regular puzzle books but no bigger than our local papers print puzzles.
