Slow to work at times but no major problems

Ok, here's the deal. I read the reviews and decided to buy anyways cuz I understand what people are saying in the reviews.1. Hdd drive issues - people complaining about hdd size validity blah blah blah. Dude bought a bad batch of drives, BOTTOM LINE. I ordered a pc with a 2tb, it came with a 3tb.... verified. I was confused so I read more reviews. He str8 sold stuff with bunk drives and IT WASN'T HIS FAULT!!! HAPPENS ALL THE TIME IF YOU BUY BULK DRIVES - NOT HIS FAULT. Apparently he's making up for it, it was LABELED AS 2TB WHEN I BOUGHT IT I GOT 3TB. VERIFIED. As standard I wiped the drive for fresh install to avoid any (if at all) malware from seller if seller is bunk. So far so good.2. EASILY FIXABLE BIG PROBLEM WITH BIOS wakeup timer!!!!! Not sure if it's all his PC's or just some. My PC bios timer was set to ON 7 DAYS A WEEK AT 12:05AM!!!!! BAD NEWS - MAY NOT BE THE SELLER'S FAULT!!!! AGAIN - happens if you buy bulk. Easily solved by using F2 or F11 or F12 or ESC or blah blah blah whatever. THAT is where you turn OFF the "BIOS wakeup timer" setting. IF THE SELLER BOUGHT BULK this may or may not be signs of previous seller defrauding the purchaser for purposes of personal information collection. Again, easily solvable - wipe the hdd, check bios settings for "I'm robbing while you sleep" setup (I'm paraphrasing), reinstall os, and DO NOT SIGN IN UNTIL YOU DOUBLE CHECK YOUR BIOS SETTINGS. That will GUARANTEE that whomever sold the pc originally CANNOT get your info with a hacked os setup to turn on and COLLECT YOUR INFO WHILE YOU SLEEP. AGAIN, easily solvable. Dumb f*****g hackers. I don't know how to that s**t but I know how to stop 'em, so far.....?3. OK, so bad news explained.... I got this thing AS DESCRIBED (minus bad bios settings) running with two 40" displays and I love it. I cannot believe that the dude ACTUALLY is TRYING to REPAIR his poor reviews by labeling his sales with whatever size HDD and making it WAY, WAY, WAY bigger than he said AND prechecking his stuff b4 he sends it out. GOOD DAMN WORK, I MEAN REALLY REALLY GOOD JOB. THAT IS AWESOME AND I'LL NEVER GET OVER BUYING A 2TB AND GETTING A 3TB.THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU AAAAHHHHH!!!!!

Works, but serious false advertisement. This being my first time buying a desktop computer, I expected to receive what was supposed to be a 3.6GHz CPU, BUT... When I checked the BIOS, it's only 3600Mhz which = 3600 Hertz or 3.6hz... not Gigahertz. The 2TB drive is extremely slow and noisy. Weighs as much as a brick. And finally, this is not a 2019 model PC. The systemboard dates back to 2010.

Buying a 3.6 gH PC (without monitor) with 12 gB memory & 2 tB storage for less than $200 seems like a scam BUT IT IS NOT! The unit arrived as promised. When I connected it, I got an error message. Contacting customer support, I was referred to an on-line video that addressed the problem (it DID involve opening the unit). I followed the instructions and, when I next powered-up the unit, I got Windows. Can't beat the deal.

I like everything except the resolution will not open to fit my 24inch screen. It only shows 18 inches ,I have tried to contact seller at no end .The first one I ordered had no wifi so my printer wouldn't work. I am just a simple Grand ma trying to stay in touch with this fast paced world. I don't know all the new technology . On a restricted budget so bought a rebuilt computer. Any help!

With these refurbished computers, the most important thing after the specs is choosing a good seller. The reviews from multiple sellers are lumped together, so you also need to look at seller rating.I read a lot of reviews about dirty towers and promised accessories (mouse/keyboard) not being included. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a brand new looking tower shrink wrapped and double boxed in custom packaging to protect it. Do be careful unpacking - the Bluetooth dongle (in its own little packaging) flew out of the box when I pulled the tower out and I almost missed it.The specs are exactly what I expected and it was easy to set up. It even came with a little troubleshooting/instructions sheet I did not need. Also happy to find no bloatware. It did come with the MS Office trial, which I had to uninstall because my version is older, but I didn't mind that at all.I'm very pleased.

too noisy

The computer right out of the box worked perfect! Just as good as a new one. Very easy set up. All was well.A huge savings from buying a new one.Unfortunately, about 2 months after the purchase there was a booting issue. I tried to remedy it myself butit went back to the issue.Fortunately StallionTek leaves a pamplet in the box for any issues, phone #/email/returns/etc.They gave me a free return label for fedex and placed an order immediately. If this one works as good as the 1st I'll be a happy camper saving &100's.
