I am not sure if it really helps with fatigue because I feel the same here and there but after being on this my morning cortisol level came up from 9.6 to 16.7 in five months.

I used this for hopes that it would improve my Cortisol level. Maybe it will take being in this more than a month.

Great product, really helps to built the adrenals. I like the fact that it contains only the adrenal cortex, so it does not make you hyper.

If your doctor suspects low adrenal function, a great product...but I would not take without medical advice to do so..
