Definitely a boost for maintaining healthy eyes
Been using it for over 2 months and have helped my stressed eyes due to long screen work hours and also for general wellbeing. "Do not expect results in a month!" . You need to use astaxanthin for atleast 2 months to see visible results. Patience is key when using any supplement!

Developed allergy
I have used other brands of astaxanthin like NUTREX,JARROW,ZENNITH for nearly ten years... They worked completely fine...when I bought and used this I developed allergy... I think because of its cheap quality ingredients...
