UPDATED: Doing great .
Thought it failed, but turned out to be other wiring issue. Product works perfectly,________Used to fix a pendant light. Worked great ... for 14 months.

I replaced a 12 year old transformer with this one, so far (3 weeks) works fine. If it dies, I'll update ; )

Solved my problem
Works exactly as advertised. 12 V A/C bulbs light up just great.

2 month lifespan
Bought 2 of these June 11, 2020. Within 2 weeks 1 was slow to start by a couple seconds. The other died completely earlier this week. Very disappointed. Lights are in a half-bath so normal temps, humidity, etc. Very poor quality.

worked out great and saved us some money
So far working in the fixture I needed it to. I work in a veterinarians office, and the medical supply company said they couldn't get the part anymore to fix the exam light. But we could replace the fixture for $1700. guess what this worked!
