Need Very Light Support and This Is It.
Some days the bursitis in my left knee flairs up but I can't let that interfere with my very active workload . This is my second purchase of this sleeve as the first one eventually wore out.Now that they make it in a true XL I have the slight support I need at the end of the work day when I've been moving heavy stuff on concrete for 8 hours , or more . I use it more as a preventative than actual knee brace. When the lifting is extreme I use a more supportive brace than this one though most days I don't use either just Wednesday and Thursday as they are my busiest days and by Friday my knee is thanking me for using the Copper Fit one after lunch , at least , both days . I also use it when bicycle riding if the ride is going to be longer than an hour . I'm trying to keep the muscles around the knee strong but at the same time minimize the stress to the joints to keep the bursitis flair ups to a minimum. I carry it with me on bike rides just in case the knee gets fatigued beyond normal umcomfort .It is all day comfortable at work in the heat and humidity of a Virginia summer and also acts like a knee warmer on the counter chilier days. It wicks away moisture even better than my wicking work shirts .It you need/want light support that works year round this one isn't just some $10 gimmick. It really does make a positive difference to my knee when I use it .

Sized Up For Comfort
Had to size up because of arthritis. But over the years I had to go the extra large. I’m glad I did. I know they give you measurements so this way you can make an informed decision. But Ithe extra large. I’m glad I did. I know they give you measurements so this way you can make a informed decision. But I have so many copper fits have over the past 10 years.

Great buy
I work 10 hour shifts this cooperfit knee compression really helps. But I did see a tiny tiny little hole start to appear after 3 days of wearing @ work. But I am good at sewing with needle & thread🧵🪡 so I can correct this if hole starts to increase.

Material
These are usually pretty good. The last one I got was a little frayed on the edges

works good, seems to relieve pain some, elastic band on top knee side needs to we 1" or more wider
Pros:seems to make knee pain lessslide on easy and just pull them up to where you need them.don't slide at allCONS;For me, I have big, not fat, muscle thighs, and the top of band, when I pull them up, cuts off the circulation and kinda hurts around the top of my thigh, I bought XL, maybe I need the next size up.Attention Copper Fit, I would make the top of these knee sleeves, the elastic, stay put part, make this like an inch or more wider so it's not like when you give blood and they put that tight rubber band around the top of your arm cutting off your circulation. Needs the elastic, stay in place to be WIDER and MORE COMFORTABLE so it will stay in place and not move, but. COMFORTABLE for ALL day wear.

Doesn't stay in place for more than a few minutes
I sat down to pull these on and initially they felt good. Snug fit and good compression. Once I stood up and took a few steps I already felt they were starting to slip down. After about 5 minutes of walking the tops of the sleeves were at the knee and after 10 minutes the entire sleeve was completely below the knee on both legs. You would have to constantly be stopping to pull these back up into place if you were going to wear them throughout the day. I suppose if you are wearing gym shorts then its not a big deal but I need these to wear under my pants at work and I can't stop every 5 minutes to adjust the sleeve through the pant leg. I didn't order too large a size either, I measured my leg as instructed at 17.5" and I ordered the XL for 16"-18". I would not recommend this product unless you aren't going to be performing any kind of physical activity while wearing them, because they will slip down. Copper Knee Brace from YD-Copper Health is a better bet.
