I thought both pieces were exactly the same. To my surprise I see one has the bolts on the shorter side and the other has the bolts on the longer side! I like that because it gives more options where to put on the cage. The random colors I received was lime green on both sides and the other had purple on one side with blue on the other side. Seems very sturdy and the coatings are generous and sparkly😁! Since birds see colors better than us humans, my conure is going to enjoy these!

This product's quality has gone down a lot, product not comparable with what I bought in the past . Here are some major issues I experienced: the perch has a single screw (as opposed to prior order that had two screws to fasten) and that single screw came loose as I was installing the product in the cage. Also - prior product had "abrasive coating" on both sides of the platform, enabling one to flip it over after a period of use. This shipment only has coating on one side. Buyer beware - look elsewhere, product is not as displayed. Amazon - please follow up with this supplier. This is a simple product, no need to cut corners.

Received product today.Both the screws came out while installing to our cage.The larger one shows on the picture it has two screws for attachment and it only has one. And the other one is TINY not the size shown. We were so excited for these and We didn’t even get a change to use them in the cage before they broke. Will be sticking with lava ledges for now on.

Our 3 parakeets love this thing. They sit on it while enjoying their salad (a piece of romane lettuce hanging from the cage or sitting on the platform). They use it as a sitting area and a step to get to the next toy.

Very hard to clean. They were ok but got something else

This product which I purchased before pictures 2 bolts on each perch. First time I purchased they each had 2 bolts this time only 1 each. Does not make for a stable attachment. Plus sand paper is only on one side of perch not both sides like first purchase.

After I set these two up in her flight cage, my pigeon immediately starts checking them out. I catch her napping on them at times lol. I have 0 complaints about them. Very nice product, and I recommend it!

Returned these because they were rusted

The screws will loosen up under your pet's weight, making the perch unusable. I guess the screws are too short or the wood too flaky. Not sure. I bought several of these perch and after a few months, most of them are good for garbage.

At first my budgies were scared of it as I have never gotten a flat perch like that before. But if I put treats near it, they will stand on it so I'm happy about that. Sturdy things too.

Birds love these. They chew away at it but is very sturdy. Will purchase again

My canaries love these, I ordered another set so each canary has two! Lol
