The item is as described. I was originally sent the wrong item and customer service corrected the error and sent me the correct item. It was actually impressive.

Very well made and good quality

Only issue with this is the clasp. Quite difficult to close with one hand. Clasp is poorly designed

This is does not look like what is pictured in the listing. They say the name rings are sterling silver. They look like cheap stainless steel. Not even close to sterling. The cheap clasp has no black antiquing as in the photos. I wanted what was pictured but got a very disappointing cheap looking copy. Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews here. Read the negative ones too! Don’t risk it. It’s an $85 mistake on my end because you can’t return personalized things on Amazon. Even if it looks nothing like the listing. Much less the poor quality I doubt this will hold up long even with very careful wearing of the bracelet.

Came quickly, gifted item. A little disappointed in the overall quality. Some things are better to see in person before buying-this is one of those of those things. I would pass on the buy of any additional products from this vendor.
