The unit itself is not the best might have been inproved by hving some front rollers to feed the line back in in the design. However if you are careful and walk the line back into the unit it won't tangle. For the price it is a good line housed in the unit just a pity the unit constructed for it is not better constructed. Lets say the line might outlast the unit. Other than that the wall plugs are supplied and it works well enough will need a prop to make sure it is kept taught though.

I have used this product for a while now and it works really well. The fact that you can draw it out when you need to but can also tuck it away works well in my little garden. So as long as you have a sturdy couple of walls to attach the fixings to, you will have a good product that is strong enough to hold anything from thick wet towels or lingerie.

When this arrived and I first used it I thought what a load of tat. It stretched, had flaws in the cable and, even with a jewellers loupe, I can see no sign of any steel in the core. However we stuck with it and after several months is still in use. However it is not good for a heavy load of washing as it sags so much even whilst putting the items on it. The wall fittings and the rewind are good.

Most expensive washing line I have ever purchased and took a while to arrive in the colour I didn’t want.... gold. Needless to say but upon arrival it’s of great quality and the colour matches well with my garden. I expect it to last longer and in the end I am very pleased. Thank you

Even though it's the length we needed and the description gave hope for it's durability, it has stretched out considerable over the weeks of use and it is a little thin so the pegs don't grip and the washing tends to slide around in the breeze.

Had to use different rawl plugs as the ones provided were quite flimsy.The line is not especially thick and is not very taut3/5

The picture does not match what was delivered. We wanted the thicker, rope type washing line because the thin, smooth line we had kept stretching. What came was exactly what we already had. On a positive note, there was no problem returning it or receiving a refund.

Dont know how long it will last...very thin...time will tell
