This supplement has the right formula for longevity. However, I'm not fond of taking 4 capsules. Actually the directions say to take 4 to 8 daily. While the capsules are easy to swallow with no aftertaste or burps, still a bit much at once. This is also one of those supplements that you don't see drastic results immediately. I'm not sure I'll buy more, due to the price of $59.99 and having to take so many capsules.

Any supplement that helps reverse or pause the aging process is good for me to try. I use this alongside my other supplements and find that it is a good addition. I like the combination of these ingredients ALA helps to get rid of toxins from the body, it also helps regenerate the nerves, cinnamon helps regulate sugar, Resveratrol is a great antioxidant helps with better aging since I’ve been using the vitamin my fine lines have diminished. It is a bit pricey, but the ingredients and benefits are worth the cost.

I really like this product. Many manufacturers and sellers have a tendency to overstate the benefits. However, that is not the case this time because this product really worked for me. I have to give it my highest recommendation. Five stars!
