This Is the DDR4 to Get Before Lack of Demand Throws Prices Into the Sky
This RAM is a stupid good deal. Absolutely stupid. It is one of the few variants that come in at the lowest price, but it also utilizes Samsung B-Die and overclocks extremely well. In my case, I tossed the RAM in, cleared my CMOS, loaded the profile, and selected 3600MHz instead. I immediately throw in my Ventoy stick and boot to MemTest86. Hours and hours later, nothing. No errors. That is good enough for me. At those specs- You are getting to where the rate of returns simply isn't worth it for most users, only instead of paying potentially over double for the same performance, just to have "dat Gucci RAM". I think it is more important to say WHY I bought this RAM when I did. Frankly, I purchased this RAM so that my main rig and my unRAID machine can have a backup before DDR4 prices fly into the sky just like DDR3 did, due to lack of demand. I have decided to throw this RAM into my unRAID rig and shelf a 16GB kit of Corsair LPX 3200MHz. That'll give me more RAM for virtual machines or some ish.

It's as described
I initially had a problem with one of the 16gb sticks not working. I did everything I could to troubleshoot it and it just wouldn't work. I then took the ram and and decided to clean it with some rubbing alcohol. It already appeared to be brand new, it wasn't dirty or anything, but for whatever reason that seemed to work like a charm. My PC recognized it and it was faster ram than the previous ram I was using. System instantly recognized the 32gb of ram and instantly noticed a boost in performance. My son loves fortnite and for whatever reason my PC ran it ok but I would get hung up once in awhile. But now the game is running blazing fast and I even increased the resolution. I hope this helps someone. It's also very cool looking. Metallic blue ram sticks. Would definitely buy more. 10/10

Rock Solid RAM
Bought this to add to my existing Silicon Power 32GB set and haven't had a single issue so far, it was drop in and go. Silicon Power is my favorite little known secret at the brand isn't very high on most folks radar but everything I've purchased from this brand have been fantastic. Don't go ruining it by spreading the word, let's just keep this to ourselves OK? Seriously, great RAM and looks sharp too. As said install was a breeze, the sticks fit perfectly and the capacity and quality for the price can't be beat. And don't ever let anyone tell you that you can't mix memory set sizes. I added 16GB set to an existing 32GB set for a total of 48GB of RAM. When most people ask how much memory I have installed they act shocked.

Silicon Power DOES Work!
After over a year, the RAM is working is fine. I've heard mixed things about Silicon Power but due to their cheaper prices in comparison to other brands, I had to give it a shot. It works just fine in my gaming RIG. It's at the speeds rated with no issues or crashes. Big thumbs up and fully recommend. ^^

Solid choice for value
This RAM was an awesome upgrade to my Alienware Aurora R8 - popped open the case, removed the Kingston Fury HyperX @2400Mhz and slid in the new (and beautiful mind you) Silicon Power RAM, powered her up and it immediately acknowledged the upgrade, "press yadda yadda to continue", and BOOOM! 32GB RAM just like that, played CODMW2 with zero issues; stable, affordable, attractive RAM that works like a charm -- HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you wanna upgrade your DDR4 and don't wanna break the bank.

Memory seems fine but can't get 3200 only 3000
It could be an issue with my motherboard or CPU, since they are 5 years old, but even when I choose 1.35V / 3200 in the BIOS, once I boot into Windows and check with CPU-Z, it's only running at 2400 (which is the non-XMP speed). When I set to 1.35V / 3000 in BIOS, I see 3000 in Windows. Works well enough, no major issues aside from that

As of July 2024 These Are The Details...
Just writing a quick review. I saw some people in past years of the reviews saying that the DRAM manufacturer has been different. As of July 2024 I purchased this Silicon Power DDR4 32GB (2x16GB) Turbine 3200MHz CL16 memory and the DRAM manufacturer according to both CPU-Z and HWinfo is SK Hynix (that's a quality manufacturer). I'll update this review if anything negative happens. I already had 32GB in my desktop PC, but that simply isn't enough for power users nowadays. So I took a little gamble and decided to get a different brand/manufacturer of memory to add to the memory already installed (since the ones installed in my PC aren't sold anymore). The rule of thumb is that you should install 4 of the same memory for maximum compatibility. My other memory has CL16 memory timing but it's 16-18-18-36. While this Silicon Power is 16-18-18-38. That's the closest timing I could find on the market. So far it is working but time will tell if things go haywire. The XMP my motherboard wanted to use was 16-18-18-38 so I'm going to keep that. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Time to game on my PC now to push it. I love seeing that "64GB memory" pool within task manager on Windows. Comforting.

Good if prices returned back to normal.
Pretty good ram, no issues so far. Pre ram shortage wise, I got 2x16gb for $64.99 CAD. So definitely worth it back then. Now not so much.
