No doubt, this is the best water purifier range from LG. Interms of quality, this is the only water purifier which gives pure and clean drinking water with controlled TDS without mixing impure water (other ROs in market does mix impure water internally to control TDS and they name it TDS Controller-poor marketing tactics).100% guaranteed pure water with genuine filters inside. It has got the steel tank which is one of the major pros.These LG range of water purifiers may not be as familiar as other brands but yes, these are the genuine RO water purification systems. They do less marketing for sales but these filters perform effeciently. And that's what matters for consumers. Performance and quality!Technician messed while installing; after an hour or so, purifier fell down all of a sudden. However, it withstood jerks and it got fixed and working fine.Product is good, just that we had issue/unhappy with poor installation by LG technician.You can go for this without second thought if you are looking for genuine water purifier but make sure that it gets installed properly (have hooks alligned/drilled well and machine should sit properly on hooks).Cheers!!!

Product is Superb as expected from LG. Filtered water tastes magnificent. Intermittent use of UV to keep stored water bacteria-free is unique. Very good product but I have to mention that the I received the machine with out water tray .

This device is nice in all aspects, barring one. The tap control lever could be more practical. It seems the common sense design of the tap control lever has been sacrificed for “ aesthetics”. The problem is that whenever one puts lever in a position to supply continuous water, to stop it the lever must cross the running stream. It’s unhygienic. It causes a mandatory splash. The spill must be wiped every time.I see no reason why the lever could not be designed to be non-intrusive. A company as resourceful as LG, must have alternative designs.Had this design goof-up come from an unknown house one could be more charitable in criticism.This one flawed design concept has managed to mar all good things about this beautiful product.

Hardness of water completely removed.Water wastage is also less.Only negative I felt is ,compared to some other brands price is little on the higher side. But LG is the only company providing stainless steel tanks for water storage.Overall the product is excellent.The delivery and packing was also good.

Update 2: Long term review aftwr using this for a year.Product quality : All my previous comments are still true and the issues with the pre filter still continue. In addition to this, the internal SEDI carbon filter also developed a leak two days after a technician came to do regular service as per the warranty.Service quality : So not only is the product quality terrible, the service quality is also horrible as evidenced by the broken cartridge just two days after a "service". LG wanted to charge me Rs 450++ for replacing the internal cartridge to which I escalated to their management, and finally they agreed to get it replaced without charge. There has been no update on why the pre filter broke so many times(current theory is due to water pressure) and also no update on what caused the internal filter to break. The technician barely spends 5 minutes looking at the unit during service and doesn't check anything like leaks, cartridge health, water pressure, tank health. I had to ask him to check atleast the TDS after changing the cartridge.. He didn't specify any instructions on what to do after the cartridge replacement like letting the filter run for an hour and emptying out the tank after that.. I again had to ask on what should be done. He didn't even bother to dispose of the plastic sheet of the filter and just threw it on the floor. The only thing he was interested in was to get a 5 star rating!PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS ABSOULUTE PIECE OF GARBAGE.----------------------------------------------------------The prefilter cartridge is absolute garbage. It got burst causing water damage to my kitchen walls and the replaced unit is also leaking now. Didn't expect such low quality from a highly reviewed product. LG customer care is also poor in terms of responsibility as my request was taken up only after weeks.Update: downgrading to 1 star, wish I can give 0 stars.The older 2015 models had higher quality pre filters made in Korea that have no issues like this. Don't bother with this as they are selling cheaper plastic products to Indians.

After Use of near about It's satisfaction that i have Purchased a Valuable product which can fullfil my need of RO and Uv water Smart looks with Quality material. I'm Using It for Underground and tap water mix intake it Gives It gives 30ppm TDS but it Our Body need at least 100 ppm.I recommend u to analyze ur water tds first order TDS meter . If U are Getting corporation water for drinking U dont need RO.But Strong recommendation if Ur buying RO then go with LG steel tank storage and Nice after sales service.
