These are really delicious!

As advertised. The onions are sweet and crisp. I like to keep it on hand to add to savory bread recipes. I live in Chicago and can get 14oz fried onions from Indian groceries, for a fraction of the price. They use oils, I don't eat. This company uses Palm oil. We use palm oil in many African recipes.

These fried onions are better used for Asian food.It's good to put them on top of Wonton soup,all kind of currydishes.They make Thai,Chinese,Indian dishes more flavorful.No flour/batter added to the shredded shallots,sothey come in small pieces,but crispy.If you are looking for bigger pieces that you can eat them as chips,this is NOT it,you might prefer to buy French'sFried Onions,which I use for my salad.I will definitely buy again.I hope Amazon doesn't discontinue this product.Generous 28 oz for 1 order.

the texture is nothing sort of satisfyingly crisp. yields to a melt in your mouth yumminess. super versatile for salads side dishes on starches or rich sauces. must get these. really.

Do not order if you want onions. These are nothing but crumbs!

Not tasty small peices

I was not optimistic but was pleasantly surprised! They are chopped small but crunchy and tasty. Much, much cheaper than what's at the food store. I have em on auto refill I like em so much. Go for it.
