Great cheap little speakers
I needed a cheap set of speakers for my work computer. I don't use these to play games or watch movies or anything like that, they are mainly for video calls and other tasks where voice is most important. I like that I can connect headphones to them if I'm working at odd hours and the wife is sleeping. They have clear sound and are perfect for my use. The power LED is very bright at night, but I just put a little tape over it and its not a bother.

Quite good for the price
I bought these powered speakers for my Raspberry Pi 5 workstation I built for myself. The input is a 3.5mm male stereo cable. Power is from the included AC adapter. There is a physical power switch and volume knob on the face of the left speaker.Audio quality and volume were good for my purpose. I think they are rated at 3 or 4 watts per speaker, but I'm a little skeptical of that. Still, they are plenty loud enough for watching cat videos and such.I'll point out that the AC powered speakers such as these work better (for a given price point) than the USB powered ones in terms of good listening volume.I bought these for my own personal use and received no compensation for my review.

Good Value
Perfect to boost the sound from my work laptop. Not recommended for those looking high quality sound. Also, an easy fix to keep these speakers in place on a desk is to get some stick-on rubber feet. Something the manufacturer should have spent a few cents on to make these more functional. Overall, a good value.

Good speakers, great price!
I have an older Dell laptop which included a speaker that lacked both volume and quality. However, with headphones the volume and quality are quite good. Since I don't care for wearing headsets or ear buds all the time, I figured that amplified ext. spkrs. were the obivious solution. I already had a set of Logitech spkrs. for use with my "Fire" tablet. They work well, but I had to velcro them down as the base is so small that they tip over quite easily. I, therefore, ordered these Cyber Acoustics spkrs for their larger footprint. They arrived on time and in excellent condition. I really like the controls and the volume is very good with my Dell. The quality of sound was very flat when I first got these small spkrs. hooked up. Now I realize your only going to get so much depth of tone with a set of $11.00, 1 1/2" x 3" spkrs. but I felt it might not be totally the fault of the spkrs. I played rock music (heavy percussion) at full volume for a couple of hours, and the sound did get better as they began to loosen up. While these spkrs are not studio quality, for the price they do a nice job.The last thing I want to mention is that these spkrs. are very light. When they are being played loudly on a smooth surface, the vibration tends to make them move around. I solved this problem by using sticky pads which can be left loose or velcro'd to the bottom of the spkrs. and then cut to size.

Good speakers, just didn’t work for my setup
I got these speakers to supplement my sound setup for my desktop pc since moving up to a curved gaming monitor with no built in speakers. I didn’t want to spend a lot so I picked these up. Initially, the speakers worked great for the use they were intended. They had decent full sound and volume that complimented my workspace and gaming sessions. But after a while I began encountering intermittent static, crackling and eventually sound loss. I would go into settings and tinker a bit and the sound would reset and the speakers were functioning, but again experienced the same issues. I’m not sure if it was due to the USB-A interface for sound output, but I decide to return because of the hassle of messing with sound settings to reset the speakers to work properly. Don’t get me wrong, for the price, these speakers are definitely worthy for a more simple setup. They are easy plug and play with optimal volume for and setup.

Seems to be good quality and value
Great replacement for computer speakers that were about 15 years old. They worked well right out of the box.

Good little speakers
These are great speakers. The sound is good and I like that it is directly wired to my computer. Before this, I had a Bluetooth speaker that would randomly connect to someone somewhere in the world. So this hardwired one is great. I also manually turn it on and off, which I prefer. The blue light in the front is bright, so it might even double as a nightlight if you leave it on all the time.

Headphone jack HUMMMMS
These are nice-looking, decent sized and well-built speakers for the price! Problems & solutions below.Problem #1: I couldn't use my nice Koss headphones with the jack on the front of these speakers. Constant hum, even when no audio was playing, and even with volume knob turned all the way down. (Speakers must be in "on" position to use headphone jack.)So I bought a Male to dual Female Y splitter to use at the originating output jack on the computer (to connect the speakers and headphones separately), and solved THAT problem. (See SOLMIMI Headphone Splitter 3.5mm TRRS Stereo Audio Y Splitter Braided 4-Pole Male to 2-Female Dual Headphone Jack Splitter Adapter for Headset PC)Problem #2: The speakers themselves have ZERO bass, they are very tinny-sounding. But the sound is clean, clear, and plenty loud enough. Having a mechanical volume control on the front of the speakers is handy, although I typically use the volume control on the computer.Problem solved: If you are using iTunes on your computer, it has an Equalizer (with various presets) that you can increase the bass and lower the treble sliders to get much better sound out of these speakers! (Go to View > Show Equalizer) I had forgotten about this, because it wasn't needed with my other set of speakers. These $15 speakers will do for now in my temporary living situation, where I must be quiet, but I am looking forward to moving again and unpacking the old Altec Lansing 2.1 Channel speaker system with subwoofer. (No comparison, but they cost a lot more.)There are few quality choices out there for non-Bluetooth speakers. Give these a chance with low expectations and you may be pleasantly surprised!
