Crochet Granny Squares

I found these patterns to be both pretty and well written. Very easy and accurate instructions. I consider myself at the high end of medium skill and experience, and I found nothing I couldn't tackle with ease. The yarn used was generic enough that the patterns should be timeless. Good Job!

I am enjoying this book. I've had it for three days and have successfully created five of the many granny squares. I'm looking forward in using all of the patterns in Afghans and spreads, or anything my imagination can think of. Since I haven't crocheted since I was around 19 years old and I'm now in my seventies I would say I'm a beginner and the directions and tips almost make me feel like a pro.

The pictures are what helped me. I'm a knitter and like to read patterns. I was little confused by the instructions. I like holding a book that's why I wasn't relying on u tube.I've only done the basic granny square.

I love this book. It covers all the basics of a grand square and the directions are easy to follow. This book helped me make my first successful granny square.

This book was not what I expected. Contains loads of instructions for beginners and few patterns for some very simplistic granny squares. I was looking for more granny square patterns for intermediate level that are not all flowers, that I may create heirloom afghans for my grandsons to cherish for years to come.

This booklet would really be good for a beginner. It covers the basics with wonderful pictures and instructions. A plus is that it’s spiral bound. It offers a variety of granny squares. Happy crocheting!
