For reference I am 4’10 and about 204lbs. Originally I bought the L-XL size. And while the green part fit me decently, the white slip of that was showing off my tummy far more than I wanted. So I sized up for the XXL-3XL. The sized up white slip fit me FAR better, but the green part was much to large. So I used the sized up slip with the original green part that came with the L/XL size. And I was so happy. This will be the perfect cosplay for my meeting with the hobbits and gimli at comic con next month. Definitely feels comfortable. Though I will need to hem it, which isn’t due to the product at all, I just am a short queen.

I’m partially color blind so it looks more mauve to me than pink.Let’s start with the cream dress that goes underneath! It’s super light and sheer. But to me the lightness of it made it a great choice when dealing with Florida heat. As for the sheerness, with proper undergarments you cannot see through to the goods. I have pretty plump boobas and it fit very well covering the girls just enough to be comfortable and not so risqué. The fit was not so loose and not so tight. It was a perfect fit. I’m very well proportioned when it comes to having body shape. It didn’t feel like it restricted my movements. For the sleeves to stay below the shoulders definitely use fashion tape.For the vest thing that wen over it, I love it just as much, it fit perfectly and can be adjusted according to your waist and bust size. It was longer than the dress underneath but that isn’t enough to give it a bad rating. I’m short! If anything I like it a little longer.The whole ensemble by itself no petticoat is beautiful. It’s pretty flat but good hair, makeup and accessories make it all come to life! The petticoat helped bring that extra sauce to the whole thing. Overall 10/10! Easy to wash, comfortable to wear and the smaller size was better suited for a tighter fit.

Loved this last minute costume for the renaissance fair. I also bought the headband and knitted tote bag from Amazon to complete the look! This outfit was absolutely stunning! My friend ended up getting it in blue to match me. I think the only complaint we had was regarding the white/cream colored slip underneath. It was way too tight in the tummy region. We are both plus sized, and wished it was a bit looser. Next time I may skip out on the slip, and do black leggings with a black top since both pieces are separate, very versatile. I’m also 5’2 , and the portion that goes on top was a bit long on me. Other than that it was comfortable and easy to wear! It also washed and ironed nicely.

We bought this dress for my wife to wear at our first ever Renaissance fair. We purchased a size "small/medium" and it fit her perfectly at 5'1, 125 lbs. The fit is excellent and the quality of the stitching is better than we expected. The fabric is a bit thin, as most of these costumes tend to be, so be prepared to layer up if the weather is a bit on the chilly side. On the upside, however, it would work perfectly in warmer weather too.Definitely a great dress for medieval-themed parties, Halloween and especially for the Renaissance fair.

cute for what it is. HOWEVER- the material is SO SO THIN. the white underdress is see-through and you can see everything-literally EVERYTHING under it. Had to wear a tube top and leggings under it to not make a scandalous scene. The underdress also fits very weird-if you have hips and a butt, it’s not for you. The dress is straight rectangle down to below the hips where it finally flares out. This means on someone a little curvier like myself, it rides up and bunches right at the belly pooch(NOT FLATTERING). I wore a waist trainer underneath to prevent it looking horrible and it worked. The top dress is nice, but the ties on the sleeves are very unreliable and thin, barely sewn on. It also has very little corset-like support like I feel it should. Overall, it worked for what I needed, but barely. Wouldn’t buy again and if you need something for more than a few hours I wouldn’t recommend. If you’re just looking for a cheap picture-only dress then maybe this would work. There’s better out there though!!

This dress is so comfy! The chemise isn't as long as the overdress, and I ordered a size too large so it's a bit big on me (and you can only tighten it so much!), but it's a super cute dress!! I couldn't tell from the listing pictures if the overdress and chemise were all one piece (some "costume" pieces are like that) so I was super happy when it came and they're separate pieces!

Dress looks great. However, the one I received had white smudges on the overdress & loose threads on the white dress underneath. White dress was ridiculously wrinked & did not look good at all to waste the time to iron or steam it. Material looked like it would be super see thru. The royal blue overdress looks great and I might've just kept it and worn a different dress under but the white smudges on it making me think it might've been a return was the deal breaker. The dress costs too much for what you get. The picture makes the under dress look better than what it is. I wish there were an option to just buy the over dress.Why did you pick this product vs others?:I picked this dress for the color of the overdress.

I bought this for my first Renaissance Fair and was not disappointed, while I am definitely not plus sized I am a bit on the heavy side and have broad shoulders and large breasts so shopping for fitted clothes is a hassle but this dress fit wonderfully. I also get hot very easily but this dress is flowy and comfortable despite it being the middle of summer!
