Q: Some reviews elsewhere said these cups have styrofoam coating. Another said they are patented with a 100% paper content. Which is correct?

Here are some Environmental Benefits of the PerfecTouch cup:• Polystyrene foam free• Made from paper with a polyethylenecoating and contain approximately80% compostable cellulose fiber byweight. The cups can be processed incommercial composting facilities thathave final screening capability. Thesefacilities may or may not be available inyour area.• Can be recycled by a recycling facilitythat accepts paper products containingfood residue. Such facilities may or maynot be available in your area.• Meet the Sustainable Forestry Initiative®(SFI®) Certified Sourcing and Chainof-Custody standards, promotingresponsible forestry practices.

Q: Last time I purchased these cups in January 2019 they were only $16.90 for 160 12oz cups now your charging $25.10 why such an outrageous increase?

I bought mine for a second time and it was in nov I got 160 for $22. This time I got 176 for $$22.00. I see what you mean they are priced for overhead and hot for over 80-100$.

Q: I really love these hot cups but this time I bought the 160 cups and at least 20 of the cups leaked I buy them all the time this was first Leak ?

The last batch we bought about 50% of them leaked. We have never had that problem before. We even wondered if they were not real Dixie cups.
