It's well made, comfortable and size and shape is appropriate for its purpose. One problem though - the foam is too soft. I often wake up with my knees almost touching. So as a soft pad between your knees - yes, it works. If I bought it just for cushioning I'd give it 5 stars. But not so good at spacing your legs out when sleeping on your side. And this is why I bought this item, hence only 3 stars.

Good support to the neck and shoulders plus excellent quality. I have slept a lot better since getting this pillow plus it's well worth the money . If you are having problems with neck and shoulder problems and sleeping I would highly recommend this pillow because it fits to the neck and shoulders perfectly.

I have a back injury and this is great to use at night to avoid rolling over in the night.

Super helpful for pregnancy. Sleep has been really difficult while pregnant. Sleeping on your side means all of you weight goes through whichever hip you're laying on. I've been pulling my top leg up and over to compensate for this, but then you're left with glute pain which is just as annoying and wakes you up just as often. I ordered this pillow and started sleeping with it between my legs - amazing! Hip pain is still there but no more glute pain. Only downside is it's a bit of a struggle to get the cover off, so I've only washed it the one time. Price is maybe a little high for what it is, but it does help.

My sylvie has had saw knees...bad back and very uncomfortable sleep for over 6 months...this pillow keeps her straight and comfortable...the pillow is sturdy and well made....has not had a bad nights sleep since using the pillow...about a month now
