not good as to taste or apperance
Mix was not mixed in bag, the corn meal potion had corn grain that had not been ground. When mixed per directions it was lumpy and did not adhere to the hot dog. you had to put in hand and mash to the hot dog. a complete waste of $14.00 cost of bag and cost of shipping together. will not buy againGiving it a one star because review would not let me give it anything lower than 1 maybe give it a minus one

I got this for a friend abroad. The directions were easy and he got to make and try his first corndogs ever! A great deal too.

Maybe Gluten-Free is Just Not for Me?
I did not want to be vindictive so I gave it 2 stars. It stuck pretty good to the two corn dogs I cooked: one Regional alternative to Nathans (from HEB grocery chain) & one common Oscar Meyer. I found the batter to be very rough, in coated appearance before cooking, coated appearance after cooking, and in actual taste texture like the grindings from the stump after the tree is cut down. I tossed out the remaining batter. I'll have to figure out how to add corn meal to pancake mix - sorry, but I guess it is just me and my Gluten-Free experience(s). I tried to buy std, non-GF but only found it in bulk restaurant quantity. I will say that the product was fresh and well packaged.
