First Nature’s 32 oz. Hummingbird Feeder’s red base really attracts the birds. The perch provides the perfect position for birds to comfortably feed at any of the ten ports. The wide-mouth reservoir is easy to fill and easy to clean. The two-part base twists apart for thorough cleaning. All parts may be washed in warm soapy water. (Do not put any parts of this feeder in a dishwasher.) We recommend you use First Nature’s Hummingbird Nectar Concentrate which you can easily mix right in the reservoir.

Great design except for 2 things
I've previously raved about these feeders for their versatility, ease of cleaning, and ease of refilling (and no leaking).Well, I'm a bit annoyed with the company now because the holes to access the nectar are a bit too large and allow for bees to reach the nectar. The large holes wouldn't be a problem if the top half of the bottom unit was deeper Meaning, the holes would end up higher and away from the surface of the liquid inside). This would still allow the hummingbirds to still reach the fluid, but would discourage bees because once they can't feed, they move on.I've tried contacting the company, but their support interface sucks and I wasn't able to leave a message. Calling produced no results (no answer). Too bad, because for most of the year, these are great feeders.Late in the season, when flowers become scarce, bees are all over these and they can empty 8-12 oz in one day, while keeping hummers away.I believe the company is being a bit frugal (cheap); I think the holes are that large because they use the same design for Orioles feeders. But hummers don't need a hole that large. I played around with modifying one of the feeders (attaching tape over the ports and poking a hole with a toothpick) and this has no effect on the hummers (they feed without any problems) but the bees can't feed and so they eventually leave to find other food (and don't return). The problem with attaching anything is that it makes the unit difficult to clean (the tape comes off) which negates one of the advantages.I think this winter I will try something more permanent with some food-safe adhesive, but if I can't make it work, my search for replacement feeders will resume.Too bad, because I thought I'd found my grail.

These hummingbird feeders work well and the water cups keep the ants out!
These 2 hummingbird feeders work very well. We were having issues with sugar ants filling the bottom of our old feeder. We purchased these and our ant problem was solved. You have to make sure to only fill the water cups 3/4 full so the ants don’t swim across. Once they figured out they couldn’t get to the food they gave up. Easy to clean and fill. The birds love the feeders! We did have to replace the hangers with something sturdier, but that was not a big deal.

Simple but effective feeder but could not use the ant moats as-is.
I judge feeders largely by how well the hummingbirds take to them. The hummingbirds took to these new feeders quickly. There are ample feeding ports allowing the hummingbirds to space themselves out around comfortably enough to share with other hummers. Being plastic, they are lightweight. They are easy to assemble. The top and bottom feeder sections slide lock together and while I question if the snap locks will wear out over time it seems fine so far (few weeks in). The bottom is not see-through like some other feeders so I kind of have to guess if the feeder is completely empty or not (I give it a little shake and listen). The one complaint I have is that the ant moats that came with the feeders are not ready for use with them. Two hooks are needed to use the ant moats and the one hook on the feeder does not fit the slots on the moat. Overall I felt these were a good value. I change feeders out frequently to keep nectar fresh and to keep feeders clean and wanted some extras without having to spend a lot of money.

Attracted more hummingbirds than my old feeder
I ordered these feeders to replace another style I had that broke. I like this item because it holds more nectar, therefore eliminating the need to refill it so often. The ant guards also seemed to work well, at least in one location, where it hung above my deck railing. In the other location, I think it was too close to some flowering vines, and it was full of ants, in the bottom portion of the feeder. That made it hard to clean (thus only 3 stars in "easy to clean") because all the tiny holes where the hummingbirds feed were plugged with dead ants. The other feeder was easy to clean, as it was pretty much ant-free. The best thing was I saw many more hummingbirds after I put these new feeders out. I think they liked it better than the old feeders!

Ant control units need additional hook and they BROKE!!!
The feeder containers are fine but the ant control units came with no instructions and the hooks on the feeders were too fat to fit the holes so therefore I had to find hooks to attach them. Seems strange the seller didn't include proper hooks!I just lost a whole container full of sugar water because the plastic hooks on the ant mounts BROKE sending all of it to the ground!!! I am VERY UNHAPPY!!!

Hummingbirds flock to feeders
An elegant, sturdy and convenient way to attract dozens of hummingbirds to our garden for enjoyment and wonder. The glass 32-ounce reservoirs are easy to clean. Everything comes apart easily for quick cleaning as well. The ant traps included with the feeders help keep unwanted insects from swarming the sugar water.

Plastic & hanger does not come off for easy filling...
They are plastic but, our main complaint is the hanger does not come off, making it very difficult to fill... & the inside corners are harder to clean. I should have guessed all this before ordering but, I needed to replace a couple of broken glass feeders quickly. The birds seem to like them & that's what counts I guess.

Do not buy the ant guards they cannot be used with the hooks provided
This product is a dud, a rip off!😡The bird feeders themselves are ok but the ant guards are worthless. There is no way to attach them to the feeders nor to hang them and the feeders up as pictured. DO NOT PURCHASE THE TWO TOGETHER! I would like my money back! I am using the feeders but would like the $10.00 extra charged for ant guards returned to me.
